What the idiots don't realize is that they're admitting they're guilty of war crimes.

And if they're not, then why are they creating legislation to pardon themselves of war crimes?

If only Hitler's administration had thought to do that. They could have removed jurisdiction from the tribunal at Neuremburg and spared themselves some hangings.

I'm sure the international courts will pay due homage to the USA's domestic laws when (if) they ever consider whether Bush committed international war crimes. Hopefully by putting it in the circular file.
