Mission Statement for Passport

"And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them." (Mark 16:20)

The Embassy of Heaven of the Kingdom of Heaven issues Passports to citizens of Heaven who have given their allegiance to Jesus Christ.

The Kingdom of Heaven Passport is a "letter of introduction" and declaration of your citizenship.

The Passport also states that you are evangelizing upon the highways in the Kingdom of Heaven and requests that you pass without delay or hindrance.

The Kingdom of Heaven Passport is an official declaration of your citizenship and purpose for traveling.

The Kingdom of Heaven Passport focuses on the real issue: We are missionaries traveling under the authority of Jesus Christ. The document ties us directly to the Great Commission, "Go into all nations." (Matthew 28:19) A Kingdom of Heaven Passport is a wonderful tool to bring forth the Gospel message to the kingdoms of this world.

Pages 2 - 4 of Passport read:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Names of our government. Our government, which was established by Jesus Christ, is referred to in the New Testament of the Holy Bible as the Kingdom of Heaven or the Kingdom of God.

Names of Savior. Some believers refer to our Savior as Jesus Christ, which is from the Greek. Other believers call Him Yahshua the Messiah, which is from the Hebrew language. Other believers call Him Immanuel or Emmanuel. We are all referring to the only begotten Son of our Heavenly Father.

Names of Heavenly Father. Some believers refer to our Heavenly Father as God. But since there are many gods, when we say God, we mean our Creator, the Almighty, or "I AM." Some believers prefer to call Him YHWH or Yahweh, which is from the Hebrew language. Others refer to Him as Jehovah. We are all referring to the One who gave us life.

Citizens of Heaven. We are citizens of Heaven, and fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God. (Philippians 3:20; Ephesians 2:19)

Ambassadors for Christ. We are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God. (2 Corinthians 5:20)

Belonging to Holy Nation. We are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people. (1 Peter 2:9)

Given a Kingdom. Jesus said to His apostles, "I bestow upon you a kingdom, just as My Father bestowed one upon Me." (Luke 22:29)

Supreme Law of the Land. "You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets." (Matthew 22:37-40)

Kingdom of Heaven Exists Now. The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel. (Mark 1:15)

Authority for Using Highways. Jesus commanded His followers saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (Matthew 28:18-20)

Ownership of Highways. The earth is the LORD'S and all its fullness. "I am God, your God! Every beast of the forest is Mine, and the cattle on a thousand hills. I know all the birds of the mountains, and the wild beasts of the field are Mine. If I were hungry, I would not tell you; for the world is Mine, and all its fullness." (1 Corinthians 10:26; Psalm 50:7,10-12)

Receiving Christ's little ones. Jesus Christ said, "Whoever receives one of these little children in My name receives Me; and whoever receives Me, receives not Me but Him who sent Me. Whoever gives you a cup of water to drink in My name, because you belong to Christ, assuredly, I say to you, he will by no means lose his reward." (Mark 9:37,41)

Warning for those who cause stumbling. Jesus Christ said, "Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea." (Mark 9:42)

Rejection of the Gospel of the Kingdom. Jesus Christ said, "Whatever city you enter, and they do not receive you, go out into its streets and say, 'The very dust of your city which clings to us we wipe off against you. Nevertheless know this, that the kingdom of God has come near you.' But I say to you that it will be more tolerable in that Day for Sodom than for that city. He who hears you hears Me, he who rejects you rejects Me, and he who rejects Me rejects Him who sent Me." (Luke 10:10-12,16)

Passport FAQ

What is the purpose of a Kingdom of Heaven Passport?

The purpose of the Kingdom of Heaven Passport is to proclaim to all the kingdoms of the world that Jesus Christ is Lord and Him alone. (Isaiah 37:20)

Who is eligible for a Kingdom of Heaven Passport?

Anyone who renounces his allegiance to all worldly governments and believes on Jesus Christ and is baptized is eligible to acquire a Passport. (Mark 16:16) Those who are members of State christian churches do not qualify. These churches have yoked with unbelievers by incorporating under the State and do not represent the Kingdom of Heaven.

Individuals with this problem need to separate from these harlot churches. Those who continue their allegiance with the State, need to apply to their nation for a Passport. Render to Caesar that which is Caesar's, and to God that which is God's. (Matthew 22:21)

Why can't we just use a passport from the nation where we were born in the flesh?

In order to obtain a passport, a nation requires the passport applicant to state under oath that he owes his allegiance to no other sovereign. Under this condition, the citizen of Heaven must renounce his allegiance to the Kingdom of Heaven, which is a sovereign.

If we received a passport from a government of the world, and used it to carry the Gospel of the Kingdom to other nations, we would be hypocrites. No man can serve two masters. (Matthew 6:24) To obtain the passport, we would have to swear allegiance to a sovereign other than Jesus Christ, thus placing ourselves among the false prophets who, "even denying the Lord who bought them, bring on themselves swift destruction." (2 Peter 2:1)

Christ is a jealous God: "Whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven." (Matthew 10:33) When we apply to a government of the world for a passport, we are placed in the untenable position of having to deny the sovereignty of Jesus Christ in order to be recognized by the State.

State christian churches, which are harlots of the State, are sending missionaries to the kingdoms of this world, and these missionaries obtain State passports. The missionaries are supposed to preach renunciation of the world, not be yoked with the world. (2 Corinthians 6:14-18)

The Embassy of Heaven is different from these State christian churches. We are the direct offspring of the Kingdom of Heaven. When we send out missionaries or ambassadors, we send them in the name of the Kingdom of Heaven, not in the name of the State.

I am not planning on traveling to any foreign countries, why do I need a Kingdom of Heaven Passport?

Normally most people do not need a Passport in their local community. But because we have separated from the world, we are now foreigners to our neighbors. A Kingdom of Heaven Passport is not required, but it is helpful in dealing with the government of unbelievers. It is another tool to proclaim that we have been called out of the kingdoms of the world.

Could the State or Federal courts ever prosecute someone for traveling with a Kingdom of Heaven Passport?

Yes. They can prosecute anyone they want. But since they did not create the Kingdom of Heaven Passport, they have no authority to decide issues related to its use. This principle was upheld when the United States District Court dismissed charges against a man who displayed a "Kingdom of Israel" passport.

In 1990, Robert James Fox, was arrested in Dallas County, Texas for allegedly pretending to be a foreign diplomat when he was stopped for a traffic violation. Fox displayed a passport from the "Kingdom of Israel." Fox denied being a citizen of any worldly country or having allegiance to any political entity.

Fox was later indicted for possessing a falsely made passport and pretending to be a diplomat. In answering the charges, Fox stated: "I am a native born American and a stranger and sojourner in the land of my birth. I am not now nor have I ever been a citizen of the United States. I created the Kingdom of Israel passport as a travel document and as a means of identifying myself and it is evidence of my declaration of my allegiance to the Creator of the Universe. I deny that the passport is forged, counterfeited or falsely made. It is a genuine Kingdom of Israel passport and I have made no attempt to impersonate myself, I am myself."

The United States District Court dismissed the charges against Fox. The Court found no congressional intent to make a substantive offense related to documents which they called "homemade," and not represented as being issued by any "real government," foreign or otherwise.

"Congress did not intend to criminalize possession of foreign or bogus passports when it amended Section 1546, but rather restricted the criminal sanction to immigration-related documents issued by the United States."

In other words, if the document did not purport to be issued by an officer of the United States, the federal statutes did not apply. (U.S. v. FOX 766 F.Supp. 569 (N.D.Tex. 1991))

The Court denied the Kingdom of Israel and called it a "nonexistent political entity." The Court used such language as "homemade" and "bogus" to cause disbelief in our Kingdom. They do not recognize God's nation, which is our perpetual struggle. As is recorded in the scripture, "The lawyers have rejected God's purpose for themselves, not having been baptized." (Luke 7:30)

Is the Embassy of Heaven attempting to obtain formal recognition by the Kingdoms of the world of her ambassadors?

No. We have no interest in winning the approval of any worldly government. Our Commander has given us all the authority we need. We have been sent as ambassadors to lost souls who need to be reconciled to God. We seek out these lost souls around the world, and are not restricted by political boundaries.

If I use a Kingdom of Heaven Passport to go to Europe, can you guarantee it will be accepted?

No. Even the United States Passport and other passports of the world offer no guarantees. Just because you carry a passport from the world or from Heaven, you can still be turned away at the border for national security reasons, or because of foreign policy considerations, or because of the whims of a customs agent.

What do I do if a border patrol officer won't let me through?

The most important thing to do is trust and believe that Our Savior will open a way. One of our citizens traveled with his family by car into Central America. When they were stopped at the United States-Mexican border, they were asked to declare their citizenship. They did not have Kingdom of Heaven Passports, but they told the officer they were citizens of Heaven. The guard said, "Sure, sure, but aren't you living in the United States?" "No. We are living in the Kingdom of Heaven." The guard said, "Just declare you are U.S. citizens and I'll let you through." They refused, and maintained that they were citizens of Heaven. The guard ordered them to pull off to the side of the road.

The man, his wife, and four children stepped out of the car and started joyously singing praises to God. They continued singing about two hours, loud enough so that the border guard could plainly hear. Finally, when there was a quiet time <->between cars, the officer waved the family through the border.

Do I need to obtain visas from other nations?

No. Everywhere we go, we are in the Kingdom of Heaven. We do not recognize the arbitrary borders of the kingdoms of this world. As far as being stopped at these borders, they are only trying to detain us from moving from place to place within the Kingdom of Heaven.

To ask for a visa from a particular nation, is to ask for permission to enter their political State. The Kingdom of Heaven has no physical boundaries on the earth.

What does the Kingdom of Heaven Passport look like?

The Kingdom of Heaven Passport has a burgundy vinyl cover with gold embossing. The first page extends the greeting of Peace to all whom this may concern. We ask that the citizen of Heaven named pass without delay or hindrance for the purpose of evangelizing upon the highways in the Kingdom of Heaven in obedience to our Savior.

On the opposite page is a picture, personal data, baptismal date, signature, the issuing authority, issuing date and expiration date. The Passport expires seven years after being issued.

The next three pages contain important information about our government, the ownership and authority to use the highways and our role as ambassadors.

Pages 5 through 28 are for Acknowledgements. We don't use the word "Visas," because it implies that we are asking permission to enter their country. Since the earth is the Lord's, (1 Corinthians 10:26) there are no territorial boundaries for the Kingdom of Heaven. With our Passports, the Acknowledgement pages give the customs official an opportunity to acknowledge that we come in the name of the Most High.

On the last page is a place to pencil in addresses and telephone numbers of where you are currently staying, where you usually stay, and the name and address of someone to contact in case of an emergency.

The interior pages consist of security paper overlaid with blue crosses and watermarked with the Kingdom of Heaven seal.

The Embassy of Heaven requires that I be baptized. Why does it matter if I am baptized?

Scriptures say that He who believes and is baptized shall be saved. (Mark 16:16) Jesus commands that we go out and baptize. (Matthew 28:19) And Jesus humbled himself and was baptized to fulfill all righteousness. (Matthew 3:15)

Baptism is a process of cleansing. You can be baptized by water, fire, or the Holy Spirit. Traditionally those who accept Jesus as Lord and enter the Kingdom of Heaven are baptized by water. For purposes of obtaining a Kingdom of Heaven Passport, your commitment on the Request for Passport form is sufficient.

What is the purpose of water baptism?

Baptism is a public declaration of your allegiance to Jesus Christ. As you pass through the waters, baptism symbolizes the drowning of the Old Man, born of the flesh, and the emerging of the New Creation, born of the Spirit.

The waters of baptism represent the escape from the world system, which is under divine judgment. When we are baptized, we are baptized into Christ's death. Death puts an end to our relationship with the world system, but baptism also represents a new birth into Christ Jesus as Sovereign Lord.

How do I find a pastor from a Church of the Kingdom of Heaven to baptize me?

You don't need to find a pastor. A believer can baptize you in a lake, river, or even the bathtub. Study Mark 16:16; Acts 2:38; Acts 8:26-40; Romans, Chapter 6; Galatians 3:27-29; and the other New Testament references to baptism.

The believer doing the baptizing usually reads some scripture on baptism, such as Romans, Chapter 6. Then he asks for your oral confession, preferably before witnesses, that you give your allegiance to Jesus Christ and renounce your allegiance to all worldly governments. Then he says, "Upon the authority of Jesus Christ, the Head of the Church, and in obedience to the Great Commission, I baptize you, (name), in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit." Immediately he submerges you under the water for a moment.

The Passport request form needs a baptismal date. Can I use an estimated date if I don't remember my date of baptism?

Yes. Do the best you can in recalling your date of baptism.

If you were baptized in a State christian church, you might want to consider being baptized again. After all, how can a harlot church baptize you out of the world?

No State Interest.

If you present a Kingdom of Heaven Passport and are hauled before their tribunals, regardless of the charges, ask them what the State or Federal interest is in your activities as a member of the body of Christ. Our relationship with Our Savior and the duties arising from that bond are of no concern to the State. They are not the higher authorities over the Kingdom of Heaven.

The State only has interest in those who travel on the highways in the State. We, who travel under the authority of Jesus Christ, use the highways in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Validity of Kingdom of Heaven Passport.

A passport is nothing more than evidence of permission, from a sovereign to his citizen, to travel to foreign countries and to return to his own land, as well as a request to foreign powers that such citizen be allowed to pass freely and safely.

When Christ calls His citizens to travel to foreign countries, including the United States, the proper Passport Authority is Christ's own Body, the Church. (Ephesians 1:22,23)

Any passport issued by a true sovereign is valid. Unquestionably, the Lord God of the Holy Bible is sovereign of Heaven and earth and His Church is competent to issue passports. It should be obvious that someone with a Kingdom of Heaven Passport is truly a missionary or minister of God. The Passport itself is compelling evidence that the bearer loves Jesus Christ too much to deny his citizenship in Heaven for the sake of traveling more expediently with a passport from a government of the world.

We are a separated people who are not to be counted among the nations. (Numbers 23:9; 1 Peter 2:9) Since our Passport was not issued by a government of the world, it may be considered by some officials as "irregular." Nations either honor God and His missionaries, or they do not.

Kingdom of Heaven Passports are used on a case-by-case basis. Obviously, if our appearance and conduct are not Christlike, it is unlikely that we will be well-received. By the same token, even the most exemplary citizen of Heaven could be detained by a skeptical border agent.

Any form of detention should be viewed as the fulfillment of our Lord's prophecy that you shall be brought before governors and kings for My sake, for a testimony against them and the nations. (Matthew 10:18) At such times, He tells us, "Do not worry about how or what you should speak. For it will be given to you in that hour what you should speak; for it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you." (Matthew 10:19,20)

Whatever happens, wherever you go with a Kingdom of Heaven Passport, remember that the Lord will go before you and will be your rear guard. (Isaiah 52:12)
