CHICAGO -- A white supremacist convicted of soliciting the murder of federal Judge Joan Humphrey Lefkow was ordered along with his followers to pay about $450,000 in attorneys' fees in a copyright case in which the judge sided against him.

U.S. District Judge Samuel Der-Yeghiayan set the amount in an order made public late Monday in a civil lawsuit filed against a group formerly known as the World Church of the Creator.

The group, headed by white supremacist Matthew Hale, was sued in federal court by an Oregon religious organization, the TE-TA-MA Truth Foundation-Family of Uri, which claimed it owned the copyright on the name World Church of the Creator.

The Oregon foundation has repeatedly sought to disassociate itself from Hale's group and said it does not believe in white supremacy or bigotry in any form.

Hale, 33, became enraged after Lefkow ordered his group to stop using the name. He was later convicted of urging an undercover FBI informant to murder her in revenge for her order. He was sentenced April 6 to 40 years in prison.

Der-Yeghiayan, who took over the copyright case from Lefkow, awarded all the money that attorneys for the TE-TA-MA Truth Foundation requested for work on the case from February 2000 through December 2003.

How much of the $450,747 they will be able to collect remains uncertain. Federal law enforcement officials say Hale's followers have scattered and joined other groups.

Attorneys who represented the TE-TA-MA Truth Foundation were not available for comment Monday night. Nor was Todd Riordan, an attorney who represented the white supremacist group at the start of the lawsuit.

Weeks ago, Hale filed a brief with the court saying "to fine the church (which is a collection of individuals, including myself) for every minute of time the plaintiffs counsel spent on this case would be a travesty."

Hale's group came under suspicion after Lefkow on Feb. 28 found her husband and 89-year-old mother shot and killed in the family's home. The assailant later was found to be a disgruntled man whose medical malpractice lawsuit had been dismissed by several judges. The man killed himself less than two weeks later.

Every last cent they asked for, now that is quite a judge they have there.

"You do what you want. I'm staying legal."

Like the Minutemen so far (knock on wood), any targeted group must stay clean as a whistle. Even that won't be enough, because undercover agents will attempt to frame and setup the leaders for conviction. Which means any targeted group must use intensive screening, with ongoing "testing" of their members. Still, they must assume that their group is being infiltrated.

This is one of the signs of the times.
Both Matt Hale and Ernst Zündel were canaries in the mine shaft.
Patriots know what the "Patriot Act" and Chertoff and company are, and the Act and the Neo-con appointees are anything but patriots.

Matthew Hale is a real piece of slime. One of his followers went on a shooting spree, shooting anyone from a racial minority he came across, including Rickey Byrdsong, a local college basketball coach, who died for going out jogging. Hale was taped yukking it up about how cool it all was.

Two of his former followers were just arrested for a couple of murders in NJ.

He was the vaguely pleasant face of the skinhead movement.

He's no favorite of mine, but, IMO, he was framed/setup and put away for 40 years. The audio clip they used to convict him was "You do what you want. I'm staying legal." This was considered "urging" the undercover agent to commit murder.

I don't agree with Zundel either. But all Zundel did was say he doesn't believe in the holocaust. He never tried to hurt anyone, he simply exercised the 1st amendment. For this, he sits in a prison.

Their cases do not hold much hope for the rest of us, when someone decides they don't like us criticizing some group or another.

I personally never cared much for Hale, in spite of the fact that I believe he has the right to state his beliefs freely. The notion that some other individual went on a shooting spree incited by Hale's speech or ideology is possible, but not Hale's responsibility.

I am almost positive that the only "positive" press Hale has ever received is that which he wrote himself. We the dumbed down proletariat digest all of the shit the press can shovel into our aquarium.

It's hard to deny some of the problems pointed out by Hale, and his being prohibited from practicing law after having qualified is simply another evidence of Jewish control in Amerika.

So there you have it. Matt Hale has been sentenced for 40 years in federal prison... not for actually doing anything wrong, nor for conspiring to do something illegal, but instead for failing to denounce the illegal suggestions of a mole in strong enough terms to satisfy the government. In reality, the only reason he will be sitting in a stone dungeon for the next four decades is he is politically incorrect, and we'll examine the causes of the fiasco and the greater implications below.

In the first instance, there was never any indirect or direct solicitation for murder on the part of Matt Hale. At no point in time did Matt Hale say something along the lines of “Hey, I want you to murder/kill/rub out such-and-such an individual,” or “I'd appreciate it very much if you'd go off and kill this person for me.” The only solicitation that occurred was on the part of the mole who repeatedly accosted Matt over a period of over 2 years. This firmly sets the case outside the realm of solicitation, which by all rights should make it an entirely different ballgame.

Moreover, the actual “criminal” content of the case is very much in question. There is good evidence that the feds falsified the actual transcripts of the conversation to fit the prosecution's case1. I strongly urge readers unfamiliar with the technicalities of this case as well as the illegalities visited against Hale himself to consider this source: http://www.conspiracypenpal.com/columns/hale.htm. Further reading of import on the general effects of this trial can be found here: http://www.conspiracypenpal.com/columns/media.htm.

By comparison, consider the case of Joseph Casalicchio2. He actually paid two Hell's Angels bikers $35,000 to kill a judge, who in turn shot up the house where the judge lived (nobody was hurt). Joe was arrested, tried, convicted and sentenced to a mere 5 years in prison. Even the notorious shoe-bomber Richard Reid received a mere 13 years in prison for trying to kill everyone aboard a passenger airliner.3 Not exactly comparable justice when we contrast the cases.

There are plenty of people in America who, because they may not like someone, say "good" when they are framed, railroaded.
I say to the unAmericans:

When you tear a hole in the constitution to attack someone you don't like, you shouldn't be all that surprised that some time down the road, the people that don't like you will then come through that same hole and do to you the very same thing, or worse.
Freedom of Speech.

Here's something funny... Matthew Hale, enraged because his group of morons couldn't use the same name as another group of morons. If Hale was so brilliant, and from what I understand he was not a stupid man, you'd think he'd simply acquiesce, and change the name of his group, so as to not incur the wrath of people with God on their side or something.

I look at it this way. I have a hard time believing that Hale would have a judge's family killed over a copyright infringement case. Especially something as fucking trivial as a church name. But Hey... Idiot is as idiot does.

Smashing Evil And Idiocy, One Idiot At A Time.
