I have an employee who, if he had devoted half of his mental effort to the medical field rather than sports trivia, could have been a neurosurgeon. (That ten year bout with meth didn't help the medical degree tho).
I had no idea Black Sabbath was once called Polka Tulk Blues Band. I know a lot about music but not so much about what bands named themselves before they became famous so I'm surprised I got that many right.
I have a mass of baseball and music trivia mooshed into my brain. Plus, I buy those NYTimes Crossword puzzle books, and have useless trivia, like alternative spellings of common South American bushes, stuck in my head. Do I know where my house keys are? Only sometimes.
I didn't do too bad. There were other cool band name changes not used, such as the name change from Sparrow to Steppenwolf.
