3 1/2 minutes before Flight 77 was alleged to have hit the Pentagon On 9-11 Robert Andrews was Acting Deputy Director of the DOD in charge of Special Operation. He was a former Green Beret and on 9-11 saw and heard a bomb destroy the Counter Terrorism Center which was adjacent to the military auditors who were attempting to track $2.3 trillion in money missing from the Pentagon.
