If one wants to see the difference between two legal systems, see below. Recall that if Mukasey gets the Atty. Gen. spot, that means Orthodox Jews will have The Federal Reverse, Homeland Unsecurity and the Injustice Dept.

The idea is not to build a modern law system out of Jewish law but to find ideas and insight from halakha with relevance to modern political life. No society has survived this deadly virus without quarantine. Expulsion has extended the life of some societies, however this Jew virus is capable of remaining dormant for centuries only to return at a moments notice when the body politic's immunity is impaired.

People that ignore or deny this potentially lethal malady are either ignorant, delusional, on drugs, or involved in promotion of the lies, murder and mayhem usually for money.
