Just what America needs- another video game.

Its nice to know that I can get lost in cyber fantasy worlds while in the real world US snipers spend their time baiting Afghans who scrounge things like styrofoam and plastic baggies or anything that could be re-used or re-worked- by laying out shiney shell casings and then blow away anyone who goes near them assuming they are "terrorists."

It's good to live in the hedonist bubble paradise of America. Thank God for the troops who make it all possible for me to blow away other losers on internet video games.

This would actually be a completely new class of video games not just a new game. As for the poor Afghans, yes, I am sorry for them but I have little doubt that many of those poor Afghan kids would find playing games quite enjoyable if they had the opportunity.

You can deride the 'so called virtual reality' only to the extent that you can prove that the 'real reality' is in fact real but that can't be demonstrated. In fact, according to John Lennon "nothing is real" (Lenon and McCartney, "Strawberry Fields", Knoph, 1983, pp 180-183).

Oh- a NEW class of video game! Well- that changes things. Excuse me. I haven't played a video game since Intelivision. I lost my virginity before Nintendo came out.

I didn't play much since the Atari ST myself (not a dedicated gaming machine but it did come with 'a full MegaByte' or RAM) but my kids got me interested again. We play 'Destroy all humans' together. It's a fun game. 'Destroy All Humans 2' is mostly about destroying Hippies back in the 60's or at least that's where we are now.
