Filmmaker Kevin Booth is a big Ron Paul supporter and interviews him in the film. "AMERICAN DRUG WAR" has won "Best Feature Documentary in International Human Rights" and will be screening at the beautiful, historic Egyptian Theater on Hollywood Blvd on Friday, November 9th, at 9:00 PM. Tickets are only $12, and this will get you into the after party/Q&A session featuring the filmmakers and several of the film's participants, who are flying in from all over the country.

Looks like just the film screening, but it sure wouldn't hurt for a Paul rep. to be there, eh? Good opportunity

The movie showed Ron paul for literally, about 5 seconds. the crowd cheered so i didnt even hear the short clip of what he said. They did not show him again in the entire film! It wasn't a bad film, but was a bit too long. Covered CIA drug running, the prison profit angle, etc. One interestiung thing i learned, the current 'DRUG CZAR' is the son of an Iran contra guy,. One of the best featured in the film was judge James Gray, judge from Orange county CA. He was also in attendance along with many others who had been featured in the film.

The guy said the film will be on showtime in march.

With all the films on the internet i'd rate this one mediocre. a lot better, and deeper stuff posted here.
