A few months ago, we had a lot of GARBAGE posts on the right sidebar. They were all FRIVOLOUS stories about Ron Paul. Up until today I liked him. But his supporters have come here to spam LP, and now I DON'T like HIM or THEM. I was reasonable in the past and asked that articles be posted here that were NEWSWORTHY ABOUT HIM, WITH A LIMIT OF 2 A DAY. Just this evening, there were 13 posted. THIRTEEN!!! And not ONE of them had anything newsworthy to report. All of them were of the variety: "Alert, Ron Paul just scratched his crotch!!" Or "Ron Paul stepped in dogs**t". The supporters of Ron Paul have PROVEN that they cannot control themselves. "Reasonable" is not a word in their vocabulary. So, due to their IRRESPONSIBLE and IRRATIONAL behavior, their SPAMMING of Liberty Post...I have made a decision: FROM THE TIME THIS IS POSTED...NO RON PAUL ARTICLES ARE TO BE POSTED HERE AT ALL. EVER. (ONE EXCEPTION: IF HE GETS ASSASSINATED OR SOMETHING SIMILAR AND IS 24/7 ON ALL NEWS CHANNELS. [Probability is less than zero on that.]) ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Paulites: You did it to yourself. Not me. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Our bandwidth has gone from $240 to $365 for the past two months, and it has depleted our funds to negative zero. Which means I have to pony it up....and will need to run a fundraiser SOONER because of it. Face it folks, they stole it from YOU!! The contributors of LP!! I don't think those who contributed money to keep LP up and running meant for it to be used for some stupid unreasonble spammers to run amok on. So, just to be clear.... NO MORE ARTICLES ABOUT RON PAUL ARE PERMITED ON THIS WEBSITE. VIOLATORS WILL BE BANNED. NOT EVEN ONE NOT EVEN TWO ZERO!!! If this thread gets out of control...it goes to the Biker Bar or will be REPOSTED without the remarks, and the remarks will be removed. Note: For those who feel that they cannot stay on LP due to this decision: Sorry, but that's the way it is. Find or FUND someplace that is all Paul all the time. The abuse of LP ends today. I don't care who likes it or not. You've made your bed, now you get to sleep in it. This decision is NOT open for discussion. This is a "command decision" or what ever you choose to call it: Edict; directive; command, whatever. It is what it is. A RULE. And I don't care if you hate me or not.

I'd sure like to think so. However, most Ameircans are as dumb as stumps so I'm not too sure it won't go completely over their heads. I can't remember where it was but I watched something on TV a few months back where people on the street were asked to read a bunch of statements. They were then asked where those statements came from. Almost all of them said it was from the Bill of Rights. In reality it was from the ten planks of the Communist Manifesto. When informed of this, none of the people even blinked an eye. They hadn't a clue of what the Communist Manifest was.
I am sick of it. I had no idea the degree to which it was it was in bloom. OUr media is best described as Britney Spears spittle cup.

Seriously, you don't really belong at this site. I believe I've been contributing my wisdom here for 2-3 years and, as far as I can recall, there were only 2 creeps who reacted with invectives to my calm, well-thought, thought-provoking, inquisitive arguments. Both of them unloaded their worthless verbiage on this very thread. Would you try to guess who they are? This is so unlike the 4um because this site tends to be the meeting place of intelligent, open-minded, civilized people who respect each other and each others' views. Somehow, I don't believe that Mr. Paul appreciates or seeks the support of dog-like, irrational, confused individuals. I would be surprised if it turned out that what he wanted was large numbers of goose-stepping, empty headed pawns for him to manipulate. But, I guess, that is inevitable when we are dealing with large numbers.

There will be time. I'm not sure of the details but Anderson withdrew from the R's and ran independent in 1980. Paul has enough grass roots power to convert over in short order, especially since 95% of his followers know already it may come to his runnnig independent.

With any luck, she'll begin removing Ron Paul supporters completely, otherwise she just might get a visit from federal law enforcement. Ron Paul supporters are seditious in thought if not deed and need to be watched. They are potential domestic terrorists and any right thinking American would be wary of interacting with them.
What's important is if you win or lose.
