There's a lot of conflict on LibertyPost right now regarding Goldi's new Ron Paul rule. A lot of people think its unfair to ban discussion of a particular candidate - and it probably is. I have a suggestion for solving the problem. Goldi should just ban all political discussion on Libertypost. Discussion should be limited to a bunch of guys sitting around calling each other fags and muzbots - and maybe telling each other to shut up. This would be fair to everyone and it wouldn't really change the content of the site that much. I would be curious to hear what others think of this.

Swimming around in my bourbon highball..... Made two blankets with two more almost finished. I need to take pictures to show. Got my Christmas card designed but I need to clean off a table to make them.
I know some folks are not happy about us talking so much about there, but to me this is exactly the pattern the rest of the media has taken. I think it's very educational. But I will be done with LP issues in about 3 days, I am thinking.

What North American Union? Supposedly I announced to LP that I was leaving to post over here. I made no such announcement and at the time was posting at about 5 different sites. There is a thread about it here somewhere. I can look it up if you want. But here is Goldi's post.

I never saw the problem with it. The software here is fast enough to allow multiple posts on multiple threads to be executed concurrently. Why do some people interpret you and I discussing something they don't care about as though we are preventing them from discussing something they do care about? It's no good getting all in a snit about snoots.

Some people take these forums far too seriously, like they are part of their resume or something.
