MCA author Hunter will never get my vote. Both voted for the Patriot Acts. Tancredo recently voted for Jane Harman's thought crime bill, H.R. 1955.

Hunter was the only one who didn't seem to give a shit about what the "historically black college" audience thought about him or the Jena Sixty IQs.

That's a plus in my book.

In many places they have the monopoly of the wine and spirit shops, and retail trade generally; and as they are always willing to advance money on usury, and are more intelligent and better educated than the ordinary peasant, there is little doubt that in a country where the large landowners are proverbially extravagant, and the peasant proprietors needy, the soil would soon fall into the hands of the Jews were it not for the stringent laws which prevent them from owning land outside the towns.

The only perfect candidate is ME. Since I'm not running, whoever I vote for is going to be a compromise of at least a few of my convictions.

Second choice?

Isn't that kinda like asking what kind of automobile fluid you would want to drink at a rest stop if there's no water available?

Ron Paul, or bust. Or if not RP, why not make it the worst candidate and let the patient die and end its misery ASAP? As a whole the American people will get the president they deserve. That's about the only assurance here.

I don't get TommyMadArtists concern about stopping Clinton at all costs. I remember one of the founders of the Libertarian Party saying the same thing about Kerry in 04 and promoted Bush.

You mean vote for Hillary to punish America?? I can't disagree completely with that, if that's what you are implying. A vote for Hillary might be the best way to bring on a revolution so that the people can clean house and re-establish the government the Founding Fathers gave us, not the government we have now.

LOL.

I won't play that game this time.

Last time I trusted in what they said they would do. They outright lied. There's no way someone who is already comprimised is going to say anything but what it will take to get him elected. If they have a record of being wobbly, iffy, rule by consensus, instead of what is right, and within their scope of responsibility, then flush them.

The patient is dying, any drop of poison, isn't going to help.

Mine is either Tom Tancredo or Duncan Hunter.

As has already been stated and for the same reasons neither is acceptable.

I will never again vote for a candidate who does not right up front swear first fealty to the Constitution of the United States.

Both Tancredo and Hunter have voted for and supported actions contrary to the spirit and intent of the United States Constitution.

Both have sworn their fealty to Israel and thus could not be trusted to place America's interested as their primary consideration in all actions. (Goldi-Lox supports Tancredo - that should be an indicator of where his cojones have been secured.)

Both have demonstrated their fealty to the War Machine, Military Industrial Complex, and the endless unnecessary spilling of innocent blood.

No, neither Tancredo or Hunter is acceptable.

Ron Paul is the only choice we have if it is our intent to salvage what is left of the Republic. No candidate is perfect but his level of integrity places him head, shoulders, and waist above the designated losers put forth to be credible losing opponents to Hitlery.

Never, ever, forget that we are under a regime of mass manipulation and perception management. It is clear and apparent that the King Makers have chosen Hitlery as the next Puppet to infest the White House. That people such as Rupert Murdoch, da Bush Fambly, et. al., are backing Hitlery is a dead giveaway that the fix is in. The the establishment is throwing everything they can against Ron Paul, denying him face time in the controlled mass media, and sending numerous shills to eat out our substance. Everything about the man, and very importantly who opposes him, speaks volumes.

No, at this time, Ron Paul is the only viable choice for a Patriot who places the welfare of the United States and its people first.

John Adams, Responsibility quotes:

Be not intimidated... nor suffer yourselves to be wheedled out of your liberties by any pretense of politeness, delicacy, or decency. These, as they are often used, are but three different names for hypocrisy, chicanery and cowardice.

Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost.

I love the last one.

Thanks for the excellent summary of this matter.

As you point out, Dr. Paul is clearly the only candidate we have with the patriot qualities needed to improve our condition. The fact that he is the (only) strong patriot visible is worrisome and I am desperately hoping that one of the most powerful things Dr. Paul can accomplish with or without becoming our President is that he be a tremendous inspiration to many others. I personally have never been inspired nearly as much by any other politician as I have by Dr. Ron Paul.

I will continue to support Dr. Paul until such time as he / we do not need it.

First, you are welcome and thank you for the kind comment.

I would agree with your concern. It is not a good indicator that Ron Paul is the only true patriot running and that the Lamestream Presstitutes are trying to portray that as a "fringe" viewpoint.

Patriotism and support of the United States Constitution a FRINGE viewpoint?

That in and of itself indicates the lateness of the hour.

We should have a dozen candidates advocating those views. That we have only one at this late time is a sad indicator of the dire straights that our nation is in - and with it the lamp of liberty whose flame now flickers ever more faintly.

Light a candle against the darkness.

RON PAUL '08!

The Constitution Party (and to HELL with Goldi-Lox for her rejection of CP) doesn't have a presidential candidate at the moment. Libertarian candidate is (at the moment) Wayne Allen Root (WHO?).

Ron Paul is the only viable alternative to the MSM favorites, and he's being trashed even though he's lived a decent life and held himself to the Constitution as a politician.

If I don't vote for Pres in 2008, it'll be the first time since my first presidential election in 1980.

ALWAYS have a back-up plan, that's basic military strategy.
