Title: I Have Been Denied A Visa To Australia By The State Department, Probably For Posting On 4um - tom007

I just tried to purchase air tickets to Nadi, Fiji, then to Brisbane Australia to see my eighty three year old father, and as the agent for Air Pacific put it "you have been bitten by the crocodile".

He ran my passport numbers in their system and it came up No Fly.

It has to be the US State Department, because Australia knows nothing about me.

The only thing I can think of is my political posting here at 4um. How they could get my identity is easy enough to see given the news of Yahoo and google .

The Australian Embassy in Los Angles is closed today, but on Monday I hope to clear it up.

Our society is closing around us daily. And They Hate Us Because Were Free.

have they let you fly within the US?

Yes - flew to and from Lake Charles, LA this summer.

Prison Planet is sounding more and more accurate.

With the ongoing clamp down I don't even bother to try and fly anymore.

I've been very vocal over the last few years and figure that I'm on more than one list.

Our would be masters do not like "uppity" serfs.

America is at that awkward stage. It's too late to work within the system, but too early to shoot the bastards. On the road to tyranny, we've gone so far that polite political action is about as useless as a miniskirt in a convent.

People can say what they want about Alex, (and personally I think he gets a bit carried away sometimes with "carrying it on his shirtsleeve" - AND one day it's "WE'RE FREAKING DOOMED" then the next "WE'RE WINNING THIS") BUT historically his "predictions" have been pretty accurate. He's really dug DEEP to try to get to the bottom of things to glean a look at the "big picture".

At this point the traveler has now been placed in the position of "suspect" and supplicant. To even have the ability to fly you have to abase yourself, bow, and scrape before low grade morons with a 'tude.

This is a measure of tyranny the Sheeple just don't get.

It also shows that the image is becoming an accepted view. This is a good thing. To solve a problem you must first identify it. Of course the JBT's are a symptom not the cause, but the recognition that the JBT's are not our friends is the leading edge of recognition.

Seems to me that the new restrictions are basically to keep Americans in rather than keep bad people out of America. In Canada even if you have an old DUI you can not get in. We need to impose those same restrictions on Canadians attempting to get into our country.

We have wide open borders allow muslims from terrorist nations in without adequate checks but yet it is getting more and more difficult for Americans to go to other countries.

The Berlin wall or the China Wall come to mind.

That's not something I've had to begin to recognize.

I have YET to ever ONCE have any cop do ANYTHING to "help, serve, OR protect" me. All they've ever "done for" me is cause yet another hassle. I'd rather milk a wild kicking cow than deal with the JBTs. At least then if I do get my ass kicked I can "lick my wounds" in the comfort of my own house... BUT, by the same token, I'm not gonna compromise my principles just to "avoid a confrontation" with them either.

a. We have wide open borders allow muslims from terrorist nations in without adequate checks but yet it is getting more and more difficult for Americans to go to other countries.

b. The Berlin wall or the China Wall come to mind.

a. We have wide open borders to let in cheap labor from Mexico is more the case. Many more Americans have been criminally victimized stateside by illegals from Latin America than the total number of Americans who were killed on 9/11 by 19 Muslims. Apart from the 9/11 single event, I have not heard about victimization of American citizens stateside by Muslims. Have you?

b. Berlin Wall was built 1961 to keep people in but it didn't last too long. In 1966 Mao actually encouraged the Chinese to bring down anything associated with traditional Chinese history and culture ( his Cultural Revolution), the Wall being one of these symbols, and under Mao the Wall fell into disrepair and the parts around Beijing were purposely taken down and quarried. Mao did not use The Great Wall to wall in the Chinese to any great extent to my knowledge. Mao preferred mass executions,re-education camps, tanks and guns to keep his peoples too terrified to run away.

c. Actually what comes to my mind regarding what is happening in America today, is the clever Passportization scheme of the 1930's first successfully used by the NKVD to "wall in" citizens. In fact, Ukrainian Christians were branded and tagged through Passportization just prior to implementation of the Holomodor against them. It only took the NKVD 1 year to snuff 8-10 Million Ukies.

I've run into a few decent ones,

Hell, our sheriff is about as "decent" as they come. He leaves people alone, is VERY adamant about defending people's RIGHT to own guns, etc. By all accounts fits the description of "decent" better than any I've ever met.

I had a stallion this past summer which I had to have put down. His leg was severely broken. When we first saw it, it was quite obvious that it had happened by gunshot. I had a VERY GOOD idea of WHO would have done it (they even left a "calling card" of sorts), AND this person had a "revenge motive".
We went straight to the sheriff to report it. He just said "I don't believe xxxxxx would have done that. But get the vet to look at it, and if he says it's a gunshot I'll investigate."

xxxxxx WORKED for the vet! Naturally, the vet's diagnosis was "it must have got on the road and hit by a car." Total bullshit!!! There was a big puddle of blood clearly showing where this happened! But the sheriff took the vet's diagnosis, and refused to even come check it out at all.....

"Decent" doesn't equate with help, serve, or protect in my books...

America is at that awkward stage. It's too late to work within the system, but too early to shoot the bastards. On the road to tyranny, we've gone so far that polite political action is about as useless as a miniskirt in a convent.

Unfortunately such things do happen in small communities.

I'm not defending it, but it is the reality.

The only way around it would be to go to another Vet for an unbiased opinion.

One small community I spent some time growing up in was dominated by the local Mining Company and the cops were pretty decent - as long as it did not involve THE company.

I don't think they will ever have a no swim list. If you can swim across either ocean then you deserve immediate citizenship in any country you make it to. You would be too valuable to have in the Olympics for them to not welcome you with open arms.

Horse:I want to test to see if I am on either a No Fly or a SLow Fly list by buying a domestic airline ticket before I purchase an overseas ticket.

Tom: All I can say is that I have recently made several domestic flights with no trouble other than being selected for a full blown luggage inspection.

That means you are on the Slow Fly List with no access to international flights. This proves that they are making more sophisticated distinctions in their discriminations. If I book a domestic flight and I am on a Slow Fly List, I will book sea passage so foreign nations are not alerted to refuse my entry.

Yeah. And I knew that at the time too. Tried to tell it to the sheriff.

Problem was, the horse was in SEVERE pain. I've had horses with bad injuries before, but this was the only time I've seen one quivering from it. The next closest vet is 30 miles. I didn't get this one out to get his skewed opinion, but to put the horse down. I was so mad (and sick) over the deal I didn't even bother with trying to get a second opinion.

Surely that's the case. As for political activity I am a member of the El Paso county Republican (Colorado) Central Committee, as a preceint leader, so not much jihad in that.

But even if it is an error, as it must be, getting it corrected may well be a nightmare.

Australia might be a lot easier to work with than the US tho, and my father is a Aussie citizen.

As an aside, I asked the agent what was necessary for a Fiji visa, as I'll be stayin there for six nights on the return leg. He said "If you can smile while getting off the plane, that's your Fiji visa".

Fiji sounds allright.

No doubt it's a case of mistaken identity. The weekend is long time to wait for answers. Perhaps you might feel a bit re-assured by reading the transcript of an episode entitled "Nuts" from Boston Legal or renting it on DVD. I saw the episode when it was originally aired and it was pretty darn good. These Hollywood legal shows ( Law& Order, CSI, Boston Legal) typically get inspirations for their scripts from real life headlines/events. Enjoy! And I wish you the best come Monday.

i would find it quite difficult not to somehow exact retribution on this animal abusing bastard.

If only you knew how much I'd like to.

The guy just ISN'T right. He has a lot of mental issues. He was a Nam vet, seriously wounded. He's been diagnosed with liver cancer, and has heart problems too. As much as I loathe him, in a way I also feel sorry for him.

He'll have to answer for his actions to the One that really matters, (he also has to atone for the child molestation charges he was convicted of - which I didn't know about until a long time after I met him) and so will I... Frankly, I'm not sure that answering for any "retribution" against the guy is something I want to do. I think it's best just to leave it alone. I know what he's all about now, and the Creator DOESN'T have any Law saying I have to associate with him in any way...

The whole thing is sad. It was a very good stallion, had been in 12 races ("bush tracks") and was undefeated! The animal had NOTHING to do with the differences we had with each other. He should have been man enough to confront ME about it, not take it out on the stallion... On the "plus" side (if there is one), I had the stallion running with 3 mares. I sold one and the buyer had it palpated and confirmed bred, so I know the other 2 are too. (He was a previously unproven stallion. This was the first year I had let him run with some mares. It was a magnificent sight to see him and the pride he showed over his herd of girls!) One of them is a very fast horse herself with a helluva lot of heart, maybe she'll drop me a good running colt.

Here's a couple of pics:
