5% of the wounded have severe burns. It's amazing this first guy in the slideshow is still alive. She works 2 days a week as a bartender and he doesn't work (of course). And he wants "little Marines running around the house". The 2nd guy is an emotional wreck. The 3rd guy is among 700 amputees who spends a lot of time filling out VA paperwork. He's horribly disfigured.. I'll be shocked if they make it honestly.. and how could he want 'marines' running around the house? That would be the last thing I'd want for my children. Those who say supporting the troops is parallel to supporting the war are dumbasses.. or worse.
The next two were not as disfigured. But 700 amputees does not sound like the real #.

Agreed... No one knows how or why they are in the Military. In my years in the military, I never met a war lover or war monger that wanted to kill anyone. All of that was ORDERED by civilians, not the military. It is really quite simple, civilians will have you shot if you refuse.

Hell, the first guy was not totally disabled and the second guys shrapnel wounds we're "not service related". Does that give you a clue about the #?

I would have thought this news story would have been more accurate, but it stated 700 amputees. Unless I missed the context.

I've watched only part. Read the comments here on the thread. I doubt the numbers are accurate as well. I'm a little familiar with how they choose WHO to count. I'm going to stop right here. I'd like to choose who gets raises in Congress.
You must be registered with the correct party to vote for Ron Paul in states with CLOSED PRIMARIES. Click Primarily Paul and scroll down to the State by State chart. I think you misunderstood my post, robin. I was trying to say that the way the bureaucrats rate these casualties (on a crazy, erring "point" system) their conclusions are meaningless and understated.

The missed context I was referring to was in the slideshow. It said 700, but maybe there was some qualifier I missed. And I agree, the govt has been underreporting everything.
