On February 17, 2006, in a speech to the Council on Foreign Relations, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld spoke of the harm being done to the country’s security, not just by the enemy, but also by what he called “news informers” who needed to be combated in “a contest of wills.”

In 2002 Attorney General John Ashcroft announced his desire to see camps for U.S. citizens deemed to be “enemy combatants.”

A Defense Department document, entitled the “Strategy for Homeland Defense and Civil Support,” has set out a military strategy against terrorism that envisions an “active, layered defense” both inside and outside U.S. territory. In the document, the Pentagon pledges to “transform U.S. military forces to execute homeland defense missions in the . . . U.S. homeland.” The strategy calls for increased military reconnaissance and surveillance

The Washington Post reported on February 15, 2006 that the National Counterterrorism Center’s (NCTC) central repository holds the names of 325,000 terrorist suspects, a fourfold increase since fall of 2003. A Pentagon official said the Counterintelligence Field Activity’s TALON program has amassed files on antiwar protesters.

Shortly after Bush orchestrated 9/11, he issued "Military Order Number One", which empowered him to detain any noncitizen as an international terrorist or enemy combatant. Today that order extends to U.S. citizens as well.

Halliburton subsidiary "KBR has been awarded a contract announced by the Department of Homeland Security’s United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) component. The Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contingency contract is to support ICE facilities and has a maximum total value of $385 million over a five year term. The contract provides for establishing temporary detention and processing capabilities in the event of an emergency influx of immigrants into the United States, or to support the rapid development of new programs". See Source Document on Halliburton Site or page 1, & 5 below HOUSTON, Texas – Halliburton (NYSE:HAL) announced that income from continuing operations for the full year of 2005 was $2.4 billion. Consolidated revenue in the fourth quarter of 2005 was $5.8 billion. Consolidated operating income was $779 million in the fourth quarter of 2005. This increase was largely attributable to higher activity in the Energy Services Group (ESG), partially offset by lower revenue in KBR primarily on government services projects in the Middle East. Annual operating income more than tripled to $2.7 billion in 2005.

Why exactly are prisons being built for "the rapid development of new programs". Halliburton's company site confirms that the government is engaged in a massive construction and preparation exercise to build concentration camps and prisoner processing facilities in the United States. This is particularity astonishing and disturbing considering that the U.S. already incarcerates more orders of magnitude more people than any other nation, about on-par with U.S.S.R. at the height of Stalin's era.

The contract of the Halliburton subsidiary KBR to build immigrant detention facilities is part of a longer-term Homeland Security plan titled ENDGAME, which sets as its goal the removal of “all removable aliens” and “potential terrorists.” In the 1980s Richard Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld discussed similar emergency detention powers as part of a super-secret program of planning for what was euphemistically called “Continuity of Government” (COG). These men planned for suspension of the Constitution, not just after nuclear attack, but for any “national security emergency,” which they vaguely defined in Executive Order 12656 of 1988.

Over 800 concentration camps are reported throughout the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive U.S. Prisoners who disagree with the government. The concentration camps are all staffed and manned by full-time guards, however, they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) when Martial Law is implemented in the United States (at the stroke of a Presidential pen and the Attorney General's signature on a warrant).

The camps have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities, many have airports. Like Auschwitz, some of the camps have airtight buildings and furnaces. The majority of the camps can each house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive "mental health" facility and can hold approximately 2 million people. This is for real! Wake Up America!

Military Commissions Act The enactment of concentration camps in the U.S. and the ability of the President to throw whoever he wants in the camps without question. In yet another astonishingly treasonous act the U.S. administration has eliminated yet another key check to control out of control government, the 1878 Posse Comitatus Act.

The Posse Comitatus Act which abolished the use of the U.S. military against our own citizens since 1878 has also been wiped out. See March 24, 1997, letter from Congressman Bill Hefner confirming the U.S. Concentration Camps:

“Enclosed is the information you requested pertaining to the Army’s policy and guidance for establishing civilian inmate labor program and civilian prison camps on Army installations. This information has not yet been published (it is currently at the printers), however, it has been funded, staffed, and does reflect current Army policy. I home you find this information useful." Concentration Camp Rail Car: FEMA ordered 107,200 'AutoMax' prison cars from Gunderson Steel modified from original FEMA design to carry automobiles. They apparently wanted people to become accustomed to seeing these railcars so they would just think they were hauling autos.

Temporary Prison Construction Modules:

Following the Halliburton subsidiary KBR (formerly Kellogg Brown and Root) announcement on Jan. 24 that it had been awarded a $385 million contingency contract by the Department of Homeland Security to build detention camps, two weeks later, on Feb. 6, Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff announced that the Fiscal Year 2007 federal budget would allocate over $400 million to add 6,700 additional detention beds (an increase of 32 percent over 2006. What is interesting in the Homeland Security plan is that each concrete prison bed costs $60,000 per bed! Observing these concentration camps and general jail and prison facilities throughout the U.S., the Homeland Security plan is clearly buffered to build significantly more than 6,700 additional beds.

The Homeland Security $400 million allocation is more than a four-fold increase over the FY 2006 budget, which provided $90 million for the same purpose. Both the contract and the budget allocation are in partial fulfillment of an ambitious 10-year Homeland Security strategic plan, code-named ENDGAME, authorized in 2003. According to a 49-page Homeland Security document on the plan, ENDGAME expands "a mission first articulated in the Alien and Sedition Acts of 1798." Its goal is the capability to "remove all removable aliens," including "illegal economic migrants, aliens who have committed criminal acts, asylum-seekers (required to be retained by law) or potential terrorists." The government's definition of an enemy combatant covers almost any individual who promotes the rudimentary rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.

Readiness Exercise 1984 - Rex 84 Rex 84 is a United States federal government program to test their ability to detain large numbers of American citizens. Exercises similar to Rex 84 happen periodically. From 1967 to 1971 the FBI kept a list of persons to be rounded up as subversive, dubbed the "ADEX" list.

Texas Congressman Henry Gonzales revealed many years ago plans of Rex 84 which former colonel Ollie North helped design. The late Representative Jack Brooks also of Texas brought this concentration camp and internment program as well as the Continuity of Government Program to light during the Iran Contra hearing. The chairman refused to let North even talk about them in open hearings under “National Security.” Mr. Gonzales stated these camps and plans were for the detention of AMERICANS, especially those who refused to surrender their weapons.

The Rex-84 Alpha Explan (Readiness Exercise 1984, Exercise Plan), indicates that FEMA in association with 34 other federal civil departments and agencies conducted a civil readiness exercise during April 5-13, 1984. It was conducted in coordination and simultaneously with a Joint Chiefs exercise, Night Train 84, a worldwide military command post exercise (including Continental U.S. Forces or CONUS) based on multi-emergency scenarios operating both abroad and at home. In the combined exercise, Rex-84 Bravo, FEMA and DOD led the other federal agencies and departments, including the Central Intelligence Agency, the Secret Service, the Treasury, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Veterans Administration through a gaming exercise to test military assistance in civil defense. This is more prophecy coming true for America. Most people don't realize who and what America is. I've tried to get this message across for a long time, and most, I think, must think I'm nuts. The manuscripts were discovered in an old Texas library, in 1995, by a citizen of the Choctaw Indian Nation. They were scanned into a computer and reprinted so all citizens can read these once obscure (basically lost) writings. All errors of grammar, spellings, archaic words, psuedo-words and typing have been left exactly as the original. The library copy of this manuscript appeared hand-bound and were typewritten manuscripts on odd sized paper. Several pages from the front of the original manuscript were missing, There was no copyright, no date, and no publisher listed in the work.

The first page of this copy is actually entering into text which was obviously already presenting arguments to Hitler about the need to takeover control of the U.S.A.

The parallels between what is happening in our country today and the plans of Germany's Third Reich to takeover the America's is uncanny and sometimes frightening.

This manuscript was written around 1940. The authors state that this was a collection of German statements, actions and policies based on a study of the strategy and techniques Germany was planning against the Americas and already using successfully in Europe. These strategies were well-known to Nazi-German students of politics and military techniques.

This manuscript was written to make public - Nazi-Germany's aims, methods, and designs towards the United States and the South American continent. It is interesting to note how little Nazi-Germany thought of the United States and the entire western hemishpere.

Germany's ambitions were seeking one world government and dominance. The strategies presented in this 1940 document are virtually the same we see happening in America today.

America has long been a thorn in the flesh of the NWO planners, because of our Christian heritage and its isolation from Europe. With little over three years left to move this Western Hemisphere into their NWO agenda by the year 2000, they are making rapid use of Canada's [NWO advocates'] willingness to betray America into their control.

How is this taking place? Canada has opened her doors wide to NWO forces, including GERMAN, RUSSIAN AND CHINESE. The traitorous NWO elements within our own government are fully aware of the motives of these GERMAN NWO FORCES both in Canada and America and welcome their presence into the Western Hemisphere as part of the solution to subduing patriotic Americans who simply refuse to surrender national sovereignty to a foreign power.

Russian and Chinese forces are also very active in Canada. They are "re-building and strengthening railroad tracks for the anticipated heavy use of railway transportation of incoming military personnel from the West Coast" [both Russian and Chinese forces] as well as transporting military vehicles and armaments and food supplies. New tracks are also being laid between border states and Canada.

Those people who are arrested as resistors or dissidents will also be transported in specially prepared prisoner boxcars to the death camps already established near the border, such as the one near Cut Bank, MT. The death camp outside of Cut Bank has been conveniently located right off a major AMTRACK express line in the anticipation of transporting resisters and dissidents conveniently to their deaths by rail.

Reports have been received from INTEL sources nationwide which indicate that certain boxcars are quietly being renovated from the inside so that they can be used for prisoner transport to such death camps.

Preparations noted by eye-witnesses include shackles being bolted into the walls to restrain those taken prisoner until they reach their final destination. From our intelligence source in Florida, we know that Russian train engineer experts are already being trained in how to operate American engines and how our rail system functions...

Russian railway procedures differ from American. As least fifty Russian engineers are in training presently in Jacksonville, Florida. Many others are apparently being trained in other locations as well.

(Note: Some have alleged that the sudden 'fall' of the Soviet states and the Berlin wall was planned in advance as part of an agenda to merge the East and the West into a so called democratic-socialist/communist-socialist New World Order. East and West Berlin would be at the forefront for the reunification of Eastern and Western Europe and in turn -- they hope -- the rest of the world. Germany has also led the way for European unification by establishing an 'open border' policy and encouraging other European countries to do the same. This may sound benign on the outside but considering the facts it may be a ruse to 'unify' Europe under German control, which was actually Adolph Hitler's goal. However in this case the unification is being accomplished through economic means rather than military means. The control is still in Germany but it is more subtle. The Third Reich established German MILITARY control of Europe. The "European Economic Community" or E.E.C. established ECONOMIC control. In most cases, in this world it is the ECONOMIC forces which control 'governments'. Sad, but true. Notice how the term "Economic" has now been removed, and the New World Order has been re-named the "European Community". Very clever! In other words the unification is no longer just along economic lines but is becoming increasingly political, since the member nations have been pressured into submitting to an E.C. constitution along MORE THAN mere economic lines. France and England have been pulled into this alliance, in spite of two devastating world wars with the country that is secretly orchestrating the E.C., aka the New World Order. With almost no foreign currency reserves in 1949, Germany had accumulated nearly $80 billion in reserves by 1989, compared with the $38 billion in the U.S.A. and $41 billion in Great Britain. A rather incredible "comeback" for a country that had waged two world wars for the sole purpose of offensive conquest, wars that had cost the Allies a HEAVY price in blood and resources. Of course Germany is also the LEADING economic power in the E.C. as well, possessing 35% of the Economic power-base of the European Community according to the GROLIER ENCYCLOPEDIA. So just WHERE does the real power lie in the E.C. / N.W.O? West Germany with such ease. Although documented in more than one newspaper report in Western Canada, THE AMERICAN NEWS MEDIA HAS REMAINED SILENT ON THIS FEAT. RUSSIAN CIVILIANS (???) ARE KNOWN TO BE COMING THRU THIS TUNNEL, 100 PER MONTH, PLUS HEAVY MILITARY ARTILLERY.

ALSO, THERE IS YET ANOTHER TUNNEL THAT HAS BEEN BUILT FROM SIBERIA TO NORTHERN CANADA, THIS ONE BEING USED FOR RAILROAD TRANSPORTATION PURPOSES.

(Note: It is interesting that several underground tunnels have been discovered by American troops which originate in North Korea and run under the border, emerging at different points in the border region of South Korea. Some of these tunnels are well-built and modern and could accommodate massive troop movements. It appears that North Korea may be planning something for the future, possibly in conjunction with the Russian-Chinese plans mentioned above? A U.S. Air Force Officer who wrote an expose on U.N. betrayal of America forces during the Korean and Vietnam 'wars' has stated that based on intelligence data he has gathered, those Vietnamese 'boat people' who 'escaped' to America AFTER -- not BEFORE -- North Vietnam took control of the South, were and are die-hard Communists. The reason for this is that when the North took control of the South of Vietnam they immediately hunted down all known Anti-Communist activists and sympathizers and exterminated them. In other words the 'boat people' who left Vietnam FOLLOWING the 'purge' were mostly Communist infiltrators masquerading as people who were 'escaping the Communists'. Yes, Jesus knew how it would be way in the future to our time. And of course He is warning about Islam. The Twin Towers being attacked and brought down is also warned about in the Bible. (When reading the Bible you must realize that God wrote its passages with duel applications. Meaning that God wrote it for two times (eras) within the same passage.) [MY NOTE: all scripture is given for an EXAMPLE.] This is a good reason that when you read the Holy Scriptures for STUDY, the King James version is the best one to use. When reading for pleasure, and general education, the Living Bible and the New Living Bible (THE BOOK) is the best one to use. Reason being is terms have been changed to our new understanding of words and terms and thus certain key terms and words for certain events are not in the new versions, and some meanings have actually been changed to fit modern culture..

The following verse is a good example of this: Isaiah 30 speaks about America. It tells of our Twin Towers falling, and it also tells of the Israel Twin Towers falling from long ago. This is a "double application". But you will only see this in the King James version. In most modern versions the word 'tower' is left out completely ! This is a key word that should have never been omitted !

Besides that, the newer versions make it sound like this is not an attack FROM the enemy, but the original Hebrew states clearly that it most certainly IS. Isaiah 30:25

"On every lofty mountain and on every high hill there will be streams running with water on the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall." This has now happened twice; once in Israel, and once in NYC , America. Notice how it describes a nice day with everything seemingly normal; no hints of anything about to strike. Notice how it describes "the GREAT slaughter". And there is more than one tower, and they both FALL - - "when the towerS fall". You can only get this exact description from the King James version, unless you read Hebrew. I could go into the Hebrew words here, to show you that this is truly speaking of a devastating murderous homicide attack. ... Oh what the heck, I'll tell you anyway - the word in Hebrew used to describe this is - Hereg. Root word - Hârag. It is described as a 'formal, planned mass execution of people' as in war.

This is also showing that when this happens (both times), it is a sign from God that He has begun "to sift the nations". Isaiah 30:28

It is very important to note now, especially with the nations now gathering against Israel, that there is a warning from God for these leaders, and nations also, that dare to plot against Israel ! Joel 3:2 & Zechariah 12:9 & Obadiah 15 Isaiah 8:8-11 Anyone who plots against Israel will be broken to pieces ! All their meetings of nations will come to nothing ! God will DESTROY THEM ALL !!!

Anything that destroys God's Name, His Word, His creation, man, His morals, virtue, standards, law, and values, IS OF SATAN !!!!

Satan drools just to think of it, for that time of his full possession, is almost here ! Then he'd be ON EARTH HIMSELF to destroy Israel and those Believers that he's tried for 6 thousand years to get rid of ! Satan can hardly wait now, the time is soooo close ! He can taste it, he's so close to it now ! Satan will actually have a full world government that he controls !!

Satan has almost all the nations against Israel now, and so full of violence and hate, that the time is almost upon us, - for these are "the signs" !

Will YOU discern the SIGNS OF THE TIMES like Jesus told us to ??? Who's side will YOU be on ??? Jesus Christ's - - - or Satan's ???? Sorry = those are the only two choices there are !

God says if you are a friend to this world, you are His enemy ! So don't get too tied up with the things of this world or the worldly people in it. God doesn't want any "religion" (God calls 'religion' evil !) - - God wants a RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU !!! Not a 'religion' ! ALL 'religion' is man-made - not God made ! Believe it or not, RELIGION is Satan's way of keeping distance between the people and God Almighty !!! No wonder God wants nothing to do with 'religions' !!

So who will it be that YOU choose ??? Time is running out fast now. By doing nothing, you will have chosen Satan automatically ! Think about that !

EVERY SINGLE PERSON WILL HAVE TO MAKE THAT CHOICE !!!

The sheep and the goats are now being already separated.

The nations are being "sifted" by God. Which side will YOUR nation stand on ? The goat side or the sheep side ??? Where will YOU stand as an INDIVIDUAL ??

It won't be long now. ALL the SIGNS are IN PLACE NOW ! The great judgment of GOD will soon be here !

Who's heaven will YOU go to ? Satan's "heaven" or God's heaven ???? And remember - that last stop is for all ETERNITY. So choose wisely and don't let earthly matters do your choosing for you - this Earth will not be the same place then ! It will be renewed - a new Earth. But only God's people will be able to be on it then !

In 1606 King James of England is who made the divide of the Mason and Dixon Line - making TWO AMERICAS - - One North and One South = two separate nations ! [MY NOTE: coincidence??? just like the TWO KINGDOMS OF THE FIRST ISRAEL--NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN!!!]The USA and the CSA (Confederate States of America).

IT was understood by all, without the need for two governmnets, since origianlly the "Government" was never intended to BE this huge CENTRALIZED CONGLOMERATE POWER that it became.

All Presidents recognized and respected the two nations and cultures, so a separate government was not necessary - - UNTIL LINCOLN WAS PLACED IN THE WHITE HOUSE ! Then Lincoln invaded and OCCUPIED the Southern nation, and as the resulting Lincoln War attacked the South and demolished everything that would allow the Southerners to survive, Lincoln FORCED the Southern states to be a part of 'his' Federal Union, that the South wanted nothing to do with. The South just wanted to be left alone and they wanted to live under our Founders Constitution that Lincoln destroyed and actually removed and then changed and added to it before it was allowed to be seen as the 'Constitution' again. In 1879, the Elitists 'adapted' a 'new' Constitution (what was left after Lincoln's changes and other additions were made) and this is the Constitution we see today. But there was ALWAYS a North and South American states = two separate nations with their own National flags and National anthems, culture, dialect, etc. - until Lincoln and his war. Lincoln removed, and often times killed, all the Confederate office holders and replaced them with his own Federal Union men and made a 'law' that no Confederate could ever hold any office again - and this Lincoln 'law' held for the next 90 years ! One of you has said that you thought one of the books of Daniel was about the North and the South in the Civil War. I thought that interesting when I first read it. Care to comment?
