The system isn't broken. It's the most successful government program of all time. It's facing problems because Bush loots 40% of the pay in to pay for his tax cuts to the wealthy. Were this money put into trust, as it was supposed to be, there would be no problem. Be careful when you let Rush do your thinking for you. He doesn't have your best interests at heart. Modern conservatism is the wealthiest 2% of the country using a billion dollar propaganda machine to play with the heads of people like you.
