If a large group of people formed a corporation purposed to produce and market automobiles (like GM), could they then hire gunmen as salespersons to increase their sales? Well that's exactly what governments do.
I assume he didn't tell his life insurance company what he does on the weekends.

I haven't read every word of my policy but I'm fairly sure that there's a clause in there that would exclude claims arising from jumping out of perfectly good aircraft.
