I'm thinking more about posters' comments on another thread regarding suggestions for RP's running mate...and I know at this point we are getting ahead of ourselves, but what the heck, it's Christmas and it's okay to be frivalous...

Perhaps Judge Napolitano might be a better fit as Attorney General.

And Senator Jim Webb ( a former GOP'er who left the party because of the neocon take-over) might be a good candidate for RP's Vice President. Webb is very personable and articulate and he is old school conservative. ( I don't see him as a Dem frankly. That marriage is one of convenience for all parties concerned).

So what do you guys think of my VP candidate suggestion?

Has Judge Napolitano had a mumbling word to say about the Ramos-Compean outrage?

I refer to the 11 year prison sentence given to the two border agents that shot an illegal alien drug smuggler in the ass?

If and when he does, ping me.

If he has, I'll apologize, but my deeply held opinion of this guy is that he is an attention seeking empty suit. He's part of that 99% of lawyers that give the other 1% a bad name.

PS ... the ahole in the White House gave Libby a pardon in a New York minute but has not seen fit to address himself to this miscarriage of justice. A Christmas pardon would have been obviously appropriate but was not included in the decider's list.

Oh, what's that you say? The Federal Prosecutor is a longtime Bush crony?

Oh, oh, could that possibly be the reason for silence on the part of both the Judge and the Prez?

He was on The Power Hour a few months ago, and I believe that he weighed in on that travesty, as well as several other abuses of the smirk regime...I'll see if the Tube has any clips on this matter.
