The guy in the pics doesn't look like Ken Lay. Is that Don Black with Booosh?

I'll admit that I couldn't pick Black out of a roomful of Chinamen, and the lousy pic with Ron Paul doesn't help much.

Help me out here, what does Ken Lay have to do with the pics you posted?
