"Truthers" love to say how most Americans don't believe the "offical story" and that many people want a new investigation. So why hasn't 9/11 "truth" gone mainstream? Why is there no action in Congress for a new investigation? Why isn't 9/11 "truth" being talked about in mainstream media outlets? Why isn't it an issue in the 2008 campaign? Where are the "Nova" and "Frontline" documentaries about 9/11? Where are the History Channel programs about 9/11 "truth?"
I know the easy answer is to blame the media but if MOST Americans don't buy the "official story" the media would reflect that reality just as they reflect the public's desire for celebrity stories.
If 9/11 "truth" had appeal or interest beyond society's fringe, it would show and that is the harsh reality "truthers" must face.
