Consciously or unconsciously, directly or indirectly, each and every creature, each and every human being — in one form or the other — strives to assert individuality. But when eventually man consciously experiences that he is Infinite, Eternal and Indivisible, then he is fully conscious of his individuality as God, and as such experiences Infinite Knowledge, Infinite Power and Infinite Bliss. Thus Man becomes God, and is recognized as a Perfect Master, Sadguru, or Qutub. To worship this Man is to worship God. When God manifests on earth in the form of man and reveals His Divinity to mankind, He is recognized as the Avatar — the Messiah — the Prophet. Thus God becomes Man.

I call the guys who post on the market wrap-up threads the Market Guys. People like Arete and imawit, Indrid Cold and others post on those threads, and often they post during what amounts to the wee hours of the morning on the east coast. They are an odd bunch (to me) as most of them only post on financial threads. I dropped by and posted on one of their threads once late one night when I was bored, and none of them responded to me. I just wanted to visit.
It's like they are their own little club. Silly women like me are not allowed.
Purely unintentional I sincerely assure you. While we are the Unusual (as opposed to merely usual) Suspects, we try not to be unruly or unkind. We welcome all sincere questions and/or contributions. Not surprisingly, we get a bit quirky at times, but please don't take it personally.

I can understand how you might see it that way, but of course, that is untrue. Everyone, silly or not so silly, male or female is welcome to post and join in. Few do because they don't want to bother themselves with matters like the economy or financial matters. That is also the very reason why it is so easy for the government to rob them blind. Better to let guys like Jim Cramer do the thinking for them when they are making investments. God forbid that we actually have to spend a little time and effort into learning about the economy and financial matters. Richard W.

Zoroaster (Zarathrustra) was a prophet of Mazdeism. His god was Ahura-Mazda. The religion is still practiced virtually uninterrupted today in Iran and India (Yes, even in Iran).
