This is kinda weird. The website www.orlingrabbe.com is asking for donations to keep the site active.
Orlin Grabbe is an international financier. He is currently living in Costa Rica. He was living in Dubai before that for some time. He's a native of Utah. He has a brother that is active in astrophysics. Leslie Stahl interviewed him some years ago about Area 51; that was humorous.
An aside: don't use HushMail; it is compromised. (Grabbe was involved in setting-up a "libertarian" sort of thing in Costa Rica. His "digital money" idea is, in my opinion, worthy of consideration, versus what we have today. Hushmail was to be a way of encripting email via RSA, but it was hacked. Doesn't mean that RSA was hacked, just that the Java code used by Hushmail was).
I don't understand why Orlin, with megabucks in his pocket, would need outside funds.
