Has Fox News Excluded Ron Paul? pt. 3 (12/31/07)

Fergus Cullen, chairman of the New Hampshire Republican Party, issued a press release this afternoon about Fox News' presidential candidates forum scheduled for January 6. His release is below.

We thank Mr. Cullen for his statement today and for his efforts with Fox News.

***** FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Date: December 31, 2007

Contact: Fergus Cullen, Chairman, New Hampshire Republican Party

NH REPUBLICANS: DON’T LIMIT DEBATE PARTICIPANTS

CONCORD – New Hampshire Republican Party Chairman Fergus Cullen releases the following statement regarding primary weekend debates:

“Limiting the number of candidates who are invited to participate in debates is not consistent with the tradition of the first in the nation primary. The level playing field requires that all candidates be given an equal opportunity to participate – not just a select few determined by the media prior to any votes being cast.”

“Therefore, the New Hampshire Republican Party calls upon all media organizations planning pre-primary debates or forums for both parties to include all recognized major candidates in their events.”

“The New Hampshire Republican Party has notified FOX News of our position, and we are in ongoing discussions with FOX News about having as many candidates as possible participate in the forum scheduled for January 6.”

By the time they get this all ironed out, their lousy so called debate will be over.

My advice, boycott all the sponsorers products starting by throwing out present products in your home and possession.

With actions like fux news is perpetrating, I wonder if any of the jews realize why they have been subjected to antisemitism. Guess many times they bring it on themselves.

If you watched meet the press yesterday you would have seen john edwards make the remark that we (the U.S.) needs to make sure the elections go forward in Pakistan, with all parties included and with transparency. But you would never hear him make those remarks about our own elections.

Hope everyone dumps fux period.

I found this interesting:

Why Ron Paul will take IA/NH and Why the Polls are WRONG

And also take a peek at comments at the bottom of the page:

Ron Paul's internet support

Ron Paul's Support
This is a quick study I did based on information I found on the internet about usage statistics and page views. This is not scientific but it is interesting.

Number of World Internet Users as of September 30, 2007
1,244,449,601

Percent of global Internet users who visit www.ronpaul2008.com
0.0295%

Number of global Internet users who visit www.ronpaul2008.com
1,244,449,601 x 0.0295 = 36,711,263

Number of United States internet users who viewed www.ronpaul2008.com
36,711,263 x .831 = 30,507,509

Number of people per state who viewed www.ronpaul2008.com
30,507,509 / 50 = 610,141

1% of people per state to view www.ronpaul2008.com
6101

Number of people to place in top 3 in Iowa Caucus historically
25,000

Every 1% of page views converted into support is another 6101. To place in the top 3 in Iowa historically, he would only have to convert 4%-5% of page views into support. This does not include support generated by word of mouth to people like my grandparents and aunts and uncles and parents who don't use the internet as their main source of news, that I have gotten to support Ron Paul. Another reason to believe he has a better chance of winning is the enthusiasm for his campaign. Ron Paul supporters will make an effort to vote for Ron Paul and make the effort to make sure those they know support Ron Paul go vote for Ron Paul. So for every 1% of page views per state that is converted into support, it will most likely be enthusiastic support and they will most likely be encouraged to vote and find a way to vote.

I think an on-line "get out the vote" drive would be very effective. I'm sure it's planned, but it needs support. From what I recall, only about 20% to 30% of the supporters actually show up at the polls. And it's probably worse now as no one can get excited about the other candidates. If 70% to 80% of the Paul supporters show up, this could tip the balance.

I don't have figures, but it seems that Paul could muster a huge percentage turn out while the support for the other candidates sits home.
