Is anyone aware of this? I didn't turn on the news today, only heard some talk on C-Span as I was waking up. Is there any coverage?

I wish they would give the vote tallies as well. RP may be 2nd in all of those, who knows. But you're right, he has to win some of these.

Can someone please explain to me, clearly and concisely, just exactly what goes on in the nominating process? I honestly don't have an idea how this works. I have been perplexed by the RP2008 campaign asking people to volunteer to be RP delegates here in NY. I always thought there were GOP delegates, and based on the results of the primary ballots those delegates were given to whomever won, or divided up among the candidates based on their finish. Am I wrong? Cuz it is looking as though if a candidate has none of his own delegate volunteers, he can't win any delegates, regardless of his finish. Is this correct?

What's at stake: 12 of the state's 14 delegates. AP: Wyoming Republicans have tried to keep Saturday's county conventions relevant by sending all 12 delegates chosen to the national convention. They will hold back all but two that were chosen at the state convention in May.

The major news outlets will not be tracking the results, but they will be available live at the Wyoming GOP website. If it's any indication of the media balckout of the event, the WY GOP is trying to have all the results in by 3 pm so that the New York Times can run the results in the morning!
