What the bill does is to lock in -- statutorily -- huge numbers of additional law-abiding Americans who will now be denied the right to own a firearm.

And then it "graciously" allows these newly disarmed Americans to spend tens of thousands of dollars for a long-shot chance to regain the gun rights this very bill takes away from them.

When Jack Blood was describing this bill yesterday I couldn't believe my ears. It's horrendous and goes so far as to say that if one has had a restraining order put into effect against them (or if a spouse has claimed to fear the other), and Jack didn't mention any sort of conviction being necessary.

I believe he may have been reading from some of the GOA info on the bill.

Why Congress is full of attorneys:

So they can make the fucked up laws that they and their brethren profit from in their law practices with OUR money! Shall we call the justice (sic) system (cops judges and lawyers and prisons) "LegalInc?"
