I'm dying to see how many votes McCain gets; because I want to see how many complete frickin' idiots live in NH. Just a statistics freak, I guess.
It's amazing - I posted the Jay Leno interview last evening, where folks were there at 4:30am to get their tickets to the for the 12pm taping...more people than ever, and the response on the show was HUGE.
MSM is doing its dead level best to fu*k Dr.Paul on this one - as are the black-box voting machines.
Clinton is beating Obama 40 to 36 with 15% in. This is going to be a wild ride.
I'm glad to see the balls are still in the air. I think the the AM hate machine would shred Obama like a head of lettuce and give us at least four years of McCain.
I could have bought an AR-15 for $600 a couple weeks ago, but really feel like I should get a secure gun cabinet before doing anything like that, and probably a home security system. Since I spend half my waking life at work, it just seems easier to not keep an AR-15 next to my bed, I'm hoping if anyone ever decides to break into my house the 1/4 Siamese cat will sing for them, making their blood run cold.

If Paul can pull 10% in a Republican primary with the goob foolers aligned against him, I think he would actually have a chance as an independent. It's too bad he isn't considering this.
There's a good chance it's going to come down to Hillary vs McCain. Hillary's not going to pull away goobs conditioned to hate Hillary on command no matter how much they dislike the war. Paul could pull from both sides.
Only 10% reported so far, so there's still room for some movement since voting preferences vary by district. Maybe a few points, anyway.
Right after Iowa, I predicted Ron Paul would come in 4th in New Hampshire but after the ABC debate, I switched it to 3rd I am looking forward to a good showing in South Carolina Love, Palo
I'm not going to be discouraged by anything on face value everything has to be interpreted to understand its true meaning and I don't trust the "pundits" to arrive at a true interpretation I would rather interpret it for myself

What a post to try and address - goodness.
First, if looking for a weapon, go to the local classified ads for distressed sellers who are willing to discount for CASH. You can also check in with www.thehighroad.org for local sellers of all sorts of goodies.
Clinton is waxing Obama. I think the Dems are seriously thinking about what the candidate has to face. Clinton has already been demonized by the goob foolers and she's still standing. And she is at the end of the cycle. Obama is just starting to be swiftboated.
I saw a thing today where the people in New Hampshire were shocked at how vicious the Hume, Limbaugh, Savage and the other goob foolers could be after only one day - they were telling the goobs the Obama was a muslim who was sworn in on the Koran, he was gay, etc. I think this is what moved the vote back to Clinton. People expect the Reublican Party to tell whoppers about Clinton and it just rolls off.

Fact of the matter is, RP will never get the GOP nomination for President.
And every GOP that voted for him should do like I'm going to do and walk away from the party. I intend on joining the Constitution Party though Libertarian is more consistent with my ideals.

If anyone other than Paul wins the Republican nomination, the bots and bible thumpers can thank themselves for AT LEAST 4 years of Hillary Clinton or Barak Obama, for all of the smears and flak they threw out towards the ONLY viable candidate that would have honored his oath of office and did what was best for this Nation and her People.
Apparently, many of the Independents and young voters decided to vote for Obama rather than Ron Paul due to their not hearing Dr. Paul's message or understanding what he stood for. Little do they know they'll just be getting another GW Bush if he becomes president.
You appear to be a major trouble maker...and I'm getting really pissed. - GoldiLox, 7/27/2006

no it is not a fact Ron Paul was only 3 points behind McCain in Iowa and is only 3 points behind Huckabee now
and Huckabee won Iowa and McCain is doing so well in NH
in any case as I posted above, for me the meaning of the NH election depends on a true interpretation and tomorrow we will all put our heads together and come up with a true interpretation
Is $600 too much to pay for an AR-15? I remember remarking how something like that would put the fear of God into burglars, but once I got back to RP table was reminded that if I shot off something like in my neighborhood that it would go through four or five houses.

Let's face it: Thanks to the efforts of GWB and Dick Cheney, there is not going to be another Republican president for at least 20 years, minimum, and quite possibly a lot longer than that. All any Democratic candidate for any office is going to have to say for the next 20 years will be "Bush, Cheney, Bush, Cheney, Bush, Cheney" in reply to any and all questions, and that's it, they'll win any election for any office anywhere. Bush and Cheney have contaminated the brand that badly. The damage may be irreparable.
Gold and silver are REAL money, paper is but a promise.
If Ron is only getting 10% of the R votes in an open primary, what's that say about his chances in winning as an independent?
Not good, I'd say.
A lot of people have woken up to liberty with Ron Paul's campaign. Very encouraging but even so, there are still tons of dufuses out there who are sick of the war in Iraq and are now working hard bomb Iran.
It was a bit heavy for me, but I think the sheer menacing looks of the thing might make for workable trade-off.

I agree with you totally but I also think it was inevitable. A great book on political/societal trends is The Fourth Turning. It is written by two historians.

I often wonder about them, what are they thinking?

Mine will be 'No Paul - no vote,' and mail back in my voter card.
On an upbeat note - at the Walgreen's check-out counter today, the twentyish-something person evidently read my RP cap, and said, "I really like your cap."

Just stop cleaning your cat box. After a few months burglers will just hit the place next door instead.
Ummm...Rule #1: A mans home is his castle. I decide how much my castle smells of cat shit, not some fucking burglars.
Rule #2: Fox News Sucks!

I think it's actully pretty good. He's dealing with the real butt sniffers here. People who think Fox News is a news program. And he's still pulling 10%. These people listen to Hume, Hannity and Limbaugh and even after the demonization 10% break ranks and vote for Paul.
In addition 45% hate Clinton and they will be up for grabs. Many know the war is silly and they're not going to like McCain.

We CAN get this thing done.
