Good find! Yes, they are coming for us. They have all the laws they need, to make it nice and legal. Now they will shortly begin to enforce those laws. It is good that they are electrifying the fence, to get the fence sitters to come down on one side or the other.

Join the Ron Paul Revolution H.R.1955 Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 - Amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to add a new section concerning the prevention of violent radicalization (an extremist belief system for facilitating ideologically based violence to advance political, religious, or social change) and homegrown terrorism (violence by a group or individual within the United States to coerce the U.S. government, the civilian population, or a segment thereof in furtherance of political or social objectives). Establishes within the legislative branch the National Commission on the Prevention of Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism to: (1) examine and report on facts and causes of violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence in the United States; and (2) build upon, bring together, and avoid unnecessary duplication of related work done by other entities toward such goal. Requires: (1) interim reports and a final report from the Commission to the President and Congress on its findings and recommendations; (2) the public availability of such reports; and (3) Commission termination 30 days after its final report. Directs the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish or designate a university-based Center of Excellence for the Study of Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism in the United States to assist federal, state, local, and tribal homeland security officials, through training, education, and research, in preventing violent radicalization and homegrown terrorism in the United States. Requires the Secretary to: (1) conduct a survey of methodologies implemented by foreign nations to prevent violent radicalization and homegrown terrorism; and (2) report to Congress on lessons learned from survey results. Prohibits Department of Homeland Security (DHS) efforts to prevent ideologically based violence and homegrown terrorism from violating the constitutional and civil rights and civil liberties of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents. Directs the: (1) Secretary to ensure that activities and operations are in compliance with DHS's commitment to racial neutrality; and (2) DHS Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Officer to develop and implement an auditing system to ensure that compliance does not result in a disproportionate impact, without a rational basis, on any particular race, ethnicity, or religion, and to include audit results in its annual report to Congress.

angle... Did you ever notice that some groups of Americans, namely blacks and latinos, at a moments notice can fill the streets with angry citizens. They burn down large segments of major cities for whatever aggrievement they perceive. The white majority could not gather a hundred citizens if you paid them. Can do??? Take to the streets but there are no leaders and the FEAR is too great. The others throw fear to the wind and have professional leaders.

White Americans are toooo sophisticated to join a mob. Yet we complain long and loud. On this forum for instance, just trying to raise money for an ad for change in government brought scant support. Trying for a mob in central square at high noon, only the pigeons would be there.

A St. Louis-area town is considering a bill that would ban swearing in bars, along with table-dancing, drinking contests and profane music. City officials contend the bill is needed to keep rowdy crowds under control because the historic downtown area gets a little too lively on some nights City Councilman Richard Veit said he was prompted to propose the bill after complaints about bad bar behavior. He says it will give police some rules to enforce when things get too rowdy. But some bar owners worry the bill is too vague and restrictive, saying it may be a violation of their civil rights. Marc Rousseau, who owns bar R.T. Weilers, said he thinks the bill needs revision. "We're dealing with adults here once again and I don't think it's the city's job or the government's job to determine what we can and cannot play in our restaurant," Rousseau said. The proposal would ban indecent, profane or obscene language, songs, entertainment and literature at bars. A meeting to discuss the proposal is set for Jan. 14.
