From the looks of this if Dr. Paul is found to be entitled to another delegate the funds will be returned which means this will have cost us nothing. Your donations will be returned. New Hampshire Election Statutes State or Presidential Primary Recounts 660:7 Application. Any person for whom a vote was cast for any nomination of any party at a state or presidential primary may apply for a recount. The application shall be made in writing to the secretary of state and shall be submitted no later than the Friday after the primary for a recount of all ballots cast for such nomination. Each candidate requesting a recount shall pay the secretary of state fees as provided in RSA 660:2. 660:8 Notice of Conduct. Notice shall be given and the recount shall be conducted as provided for in RSA 660:4 and 660:5. 660:9 Declaration of Result, State Primary. If the person who applied for the recount was thereby shown to be entitled to federal funding or at least one more delegate under RSA 659:93, the person shall also have any fee paid returned. today 12:56am 1199907045000 Recount With all the strange events going on in the primary and with solid statements of actual fraud in NH everyone is calling for a recount which should be take care of by the Campaign staff but that isn't going to happen it seems. Therefore... we the Grassroots will fund our own recount for Dr. Paul. Every cent will be put toward the recounting and we will just see if we can stir up enough attention to really get a good count now. Perhaps it will also give notice to other states not to mess with the counts. Lets get this done before it is too late and facts and figures can be altered. January 9 2:30pm
