Neo-cons are not Republicans. Ron Paul is a Republican.

between you boys you have stated the whole truth thank you Love, Palo
To that end, RP has moved the ball down the field. The more people realize that the Elite would never risk their Empire via an honest election the better.
Exactly. By building enough steam, and enough of an organization, he has forced them virtually out into the open to where the election stealing operations are in nearly plain view.
The faster people realize that the government they have is not one of their choosing, and that it is run by a criminal elite, the better the chance we have of heading off the complete tyranny that they are rushing full speed ahead up our collective, uh, umm, streets. Yeah, that's what I meant "Streets".

I also appreciate you for speaking up about this before it passes. I don't agree with all the "truther" conclusions, but I respect their right to pursue, publish, and defend any material they believe is useful to the public. Anyone who objects to that quest is on par with the persecutors of Galileo.
You are welcome Palo. I try to keep as upbeat as I can even though I can see the nightfall darkening our horizon.
I pray that enough people are woken up to forestall the 1984 tyranny that Bush and his Masters have planned for us. Even so I fear many many people are going to die horrible deaths before this is through.

If my reading of this law is correct, and with AE 911 being cited as being among 'violent' groups, it could happen to any of 4's more vocal pundits.
No doubt our criminal elite wants to institute such. However, more likely they will use it as a pretext to simply shut down political forums such as this, and then go after the more active among us.

I know you understand that I do not agree with Nick Griffin in total, but rather I speak up for his right to say what he believes, even if he hates others.
The right to speak up and warn one another of threats, cultural, political, legal, and so forth is essential for liberty to be protected..
HR 1955 makes it illegal to say that the government is no longer legally viable, because that implies that force would be required to make it accountable again.
If I do not defend Nick Griffin, who will defend me? Who will defend you?
I agree with you, good post, your are right I hate no one, I love everyone, Muslims, Mexicans, Arabs, Israelis, Chinese, ALL but sure if someone wants to shoot their mouth off, big deal
I love freedom of speech for all I am doing all this to elect Ron Paul our Prez in '09 so our Bill of Rights and Constitution will be saved
What about changing your pants while driving? Is that still allowed?
What about changing your mind? What if one day you agree with your government, and the next, for whatever reason, you don't? What if you believe so deeply that the government is wrong that you say that force may be required to bring it around to the proper direction. That's all you do is say that. Should changing your mind from agreeable citizen to vociferously aggressive opponent of the government be allowed?
The more people realize that the Elite would never risk their Empire via an honest election the better.
Most people are unaware of the elite and their empire.
Which is why it is up to us to alert them.
Talk to those who will listen. Have a note card if you need it to keep the points simple.
Those who won't listen after a reasonable presentation ignore and move on. Some people are such cowards that they will not look - even though the reality is that their fate will be much worse if the darkness is allowed to take open and unfettered rule.

Win, lose, draw, or swindled out of it, we don't lose anything by getting ideas out on the big stage. I bet this campaign has added a million new freedom lovers to the fold. If nothing else, that may be another million militias of one.

That is basically what we have had - a slow revolution and hostile takeover by a monied elite.
In order to reclaim our freedom it may well take a revolution against the cabal which has subverted and stolen our government and our country. I am hoping that it will be a relatively bloodless one but fear it will not be. At this late hour the criminals are in essentially full control of the FedGov and many of the State Governments.

It almost seems to me that some people not only want Paul not to be president, they are trying their best in subtle terms to keep Americans from having a choice.
The point isn't will "pom-poms and cheerleading" win out over "Diebold Delivers", but that it is making the point to an awful lot of people who heretofore did not take it seriously that "Diebold Delivers".
This is forcing the hand of the election rigging Plutocrats and their minions and is rubbing peoples' noses in the FACT that the U.S. National (s)Elections are rigged from the get-go - from candidate (s)Election to installment in orofice. A lot of people being woken up to the fact that they have not been getting any lubricant.
Exactly.
Decades of corruption can not be undone in one election cycle.
Decades of dumbing down, can not be corrected in one election cycle.
Decades of divide and conquer politics, can be corrected when people wake up en masse.

Perhaps - but I suspect that the gubment will use its new found powers per HR 1955 to go after more obvious unsympathetic targets like Storm Front and as we have just learned, 9/11 truther sites. ( ???) After the better known sites are taken down, then the gubment does not need to do anything more - the small political discussion websites will just fold spontaneously due to fear. Mission accomplished!
What I am surprised about is that talk radio has not been more alarmed about H.R. 1955 - the talk jocks make $ by stirring up the pot and regularly saying provocative things and some - like Savage and Beck - say edgey suggestions that can be construed as fomenting physical action - CAIR is probably waiting with bated breath to report Savage and Beck. FR has questionable posts ( under 1955 guidelines) on a regular basis as does LitGrnFtballs etc. Kossacks get very animated and effusive in their criticism of fedgov. Do any of you who post to other forums recall if there's been any outcry against HR 1955?

Hi Original Intent I had an epiphany after watching Ron Paul so intently in the South Carolina FOX debate two nights ago I woke up the next morning and knew he would be our President this has had a huge effect on me, because suddenly I am no longer worried about the dark coming and I used to see the dark so clearly and be so worried about it it's as if such a bright light went off in my mind, I don't see the dark now I still participate in these conversations, because it reassures me everyone sees the dark so crystal clearly but I guess I am 100 per cent optimistic now Love, Palo
to use your superb image I try to keep as upbeat as I can even though I can see the nightfall darkening our horizon
I no longer (as of yesterday) see the nightfall darkening our horizon all is bright for me now...

It's toward that point, we are heading.
Whether it's survivable or not, who knows.
Data insufficient at this point but we actually have a fighting chance now thanks to the likes of Alex Jones, the often unfairly maligned Church of Scientology, Patriots across the country, Judicial Watch, and others who have been fighting the good fight.
That is why Home Schooling is under such attack - the kids are not robotized by the curriculum and are actually getting an education. That should tell folks something - when a High School Graduate Mom, or Dad, can turn out a better product than a Publik Skool Systum with 10 grand per student then there is a big giveaway as to what is actually going on in the Publik Skools.
Decades of divide and conquer politics, can be corrected when people wake up en masse.
Exactly. We all have much more in common than such trifling differences as to who our Grand Parents were or what color their skin was. Black, White, Red, and Yellow we all want that same priceless commodity - Freedom.
Now if only we can get at the dolts who listen to Rush, the Gay Pill Popping Pedophile, Scumbaugh and post at Gulag Republik to remove their craniums from the rectal cavities.

That's because we have a lot of people lighting candles - and more joining them everyday.
I am hoping that the whole fetid mess in the District of Corruption will collapse from its own rot. However, I am not counting on it and am trying to do my little part to speed that collapse.

People actually want to help me get groceries off high shelves since I started wearing Ron Paul t-shirt. I used to have to prostrate myself to them, especially the employees.

This is an old quote form Louis Mcfadden...A Congressman that paid with his life for speaking up...
"Our freedom did not drop down like manna from heaven. It has been fought for from the beginning of our history and the blood of men has been shed to obtain it. It is the result of centuries of resistance to the power of the executive and it has brought us equal justice, trial by jury, freedom of worship, and freedom of religious and political opinion. Democracy is far the most difficult form of government because it requires for perfect functioning the participation of everybody.
"Democracy wants constant guarding, and for us to turn to a dictatorship would be an act of consummate cowardice, of surrender, of confession that our strength and courage alike had gone.
The answer to your question lies in the second paragraph.

With Jane Harman's HR 1955 nearly passed, it may soon be technically illegal for us to be having this kind of conversation right, discussing the possibility of a tyrannical police state that should be resisted.
With that in place we need a test case because in an honest court, if we can find one, that law is so patently unconstitutional that it is sickening.

WOW Cynicom, thank you for posting that it is great I never heard that quote before, and it is TRUE Love, Palo

it would take a totally honest judge, and a totally courageous one I don't think we have any who meet that bill I hope and pray I am wrong Love, Palo
this is great news, Dak, it heartens me to hear it
To be honest a few of my local retailers became weary of me knocking stuff off shelves with my reacher stick. I always catch it, but my improvised sound effects sometimes put other patrons ill at ease.

Great observation - this would be the best outcome of all.
It wont get done because too many people chose to sit on the sideline and do nothing.
I and 20 million other "Americans" exercised our right of choice and voted for Perot. I certainly voted with no illusions about Perot being President. Likewise I do not labor with any illusions about Paul.
Why do I not have illusions about Paul??? There are more voters than there are caring "Americans". With that in mind I resent others doing their best to prevent me and others from having a choice.
The indoctrination of the masses by the system is working quite well as evidenced in NH voting for war mongers, and the persistent cry "Paul cant win".
I prefer supporting and voting for a guaranteed American loser than a programmed candidate of the ruling elite.
Asking how Paul can be elected is a waste of time, he will never be president, therefore the question is moot.
