This is definitely something worth taking a personal day off work for!

The recount will begin tomorrow in Concord, NH at 9 a.m. It is essential to the integrity of the recount process that it is fully observed AND videographed.

If you live in NH, MA, VT or elsewhere you deem close enough, and this is something you can possibly do, please volunteer. Bring a friend along and make it fun!

A very high order of civic duty!

I'm living on the edgy of the abyss right now but will be contacting friends and family in NH to see if I can't recruit a person or two.

I'm sure there must be a disproportionately high number of Granite Staters on this board, perhaps you or someone you know can help out or spread the word?

Ayuh. Looks like the election was and is so screwed up that it should be declared null and void. Diebold machines are insecure and inaccurate plus the chain of custody is beyond questionable. Most likely this recount won't change America but I believe it will provide another gold mine of evidence regarding Diebold and American election fraud. As the call for fair elections gets louder I believe charges will become more likely. Diebold in particular has been far too sloppy for them to get away with it forever.

I used to be neutral on this issue until I watched a couple of exposes on it on video.google.com. I don't want to delay RP's campaign with this, but others can carry the torch, like Albert Howard.

My argument is thus:

1. Diebold voting machines are grossly insecure and unacceptably inaccurate. 2. Diebold, being a security company who makes a quality product, must know this. It is clearly not incompetency to blame for the insecurity and inaccuracy. 3. That proves Diebold is conspiring to "fix" the electronic voting technology. 4. Indictments, investigations, charges, arrests, trials, and long prison sentences should result from the above. 5. The same logic would apply to the federal certifying agency. 6. Any election using any electronic voting machine is suspect as the certifying agency has been proven to be corrupt by it's own public actions and non-actions.

This is more important than Ron Paul's campaign in my opinion. There is an awful lot of high quality evidence (the software, the hardware, and the public statements of Diebold executives) to prove that America's elections are being stolen in plain view. There will be a point in the future where all votes are counted in this manner, and then there will be no recount. People don't understand the depth of the problem but only because they haven't looked into it.

Based on my experience over the past few years, I believe that a lot of groups want a piece of America, not the least of which are foreign entities. The power this nation wields is irresistible. That it a huge motive to abuse the gaping security holes in our current system.

I agree that the problem of election fraud is bigger than one candidate.

I also understand, I think, why RP decided not to take this on right now. He doesn't want to be drawn into court battles and conspiracy accusations.
