I think it has to do with the fact that almost all of the mainstream media is headquatered in NYC and they look at him as "the home team." That and the fact that he's as liberal as Liberachi was gay.

Ron Paul for President - Join a Ron Paul Meetup group today! It is interesting Huckabee took Iowa (McCain and Ron were tied in Iowa) McCain took New Hampshire (Ron was ony 3 points behind Huck in NH) Romney leads in Michigan doesn't it look like this whole race is up for grabs?

got off the ground b/c they couldn't allow him to get off the ground. If
anyone after tonight can continue hoping against hope, they aren’t grounded in
reality. It's time to call the blimp home, pack up the balloons and watch the
carnival from the sidelines. Come November '08 there will be nobody worth
voting for, and if there is some Independent/libertarian candidate running 3rd
party, Diebold will be waiting in the wings.

The % has not changed much for the top four candidates the entire night. This is very strange.
I'd love 3rd place, but 4th place in Michigan is OK it means we are moving up and South Carolina will be 3rd place for us plus each of the first 3 primaries went to totally different guys

I asked my magic 8-ball if Paul was going to win. It came up with an answer, but I forgot my glasses can't read the print on the little triangle thingy. I take this as a sign that something is going to happen, but we don't know what. I am psychic you know.

Last night I went to bed seeking a vision about Ron Paul. I dreamed I was in a Lawn and Garden Center buying tomato plants. I was afraid to go up the the register and pay for them because I was completely naked for some reason. I found an old Santa Clause suit on the ground left over from Christmas. It was too small for me and the only thing I could get on was the beard and the Santa hat. As I paid for the tomato plants I explained to the people at the counter that I wasn't wearing pants because I was Santa's half brother Naked Clause.They seemed to accept this. When I left the Lawn and Garden center I discovered that I was actually on a boat surrounded by water. I take this dream as a sign that Ron Paul will beat Hillary Clinton by 52% to 48% in the popular vote.
