The Constitution of the United States of America states that Congress is to coin and distribute the money of the United States, not a private jew Central bank. The masses have been deceived and the Federal Reserve Banking Act in 1913 is unlawful on its face. This Central bank is a shame and a disgrace to everyone in the United States. ALL Federal Income tax that is collected, is payment against the "jew interest" of this unlawful, private jew owned and created Central bank. All money spent by the 'Federal Government' in Washington, D.C. is first borrowed from this private jew Central bank, and the interest payments are levied upon the backs of every man, woman, and child in the United States and its territories thereof in the form of 'federal taxes'. Congress was to spend the money into circulation without interest. The jews borrow the money into circulation with interest. In doing so, along came the Federal Income Tax Act in 1913 to start paying back interest against the borrowed money of the jews.
