MTV is working hard to get young voters involved in the 2008 elections, unveiling today, ambitious new plans for the run up to Super Tuesday.

Senator Barack Obama and Representative Ron Paul will join Senator Hillary Clinton and Governor Mike Huckabee for "Closing Arguments: A Presidential Super Dialogue."

The event, part of MTV’s Presidential Dialogue Series, in association with MySpace, airs live on Groundhog day – Saturday February 2 online, on-air, on radio and mobile phone.

Audiences will be given the opportunity to present "unfiltered" questions to the candidates according to MTV.

The candidates will be given the floor for between 15-20 minutes to answer the questions posed via MySpaceIM, ChooseorLose.com and from the live audience in MTV’s Times Square, NYC studio.

Senator John McCain and Governor Mitt Romney have also been invited to participate in the event.

In addition to the event, MTV will move forward to Super Tuesday, roping in their street team of ’08 citizen journalists, who will be reporting for the network and its Web sites from polling stations (though hopefully staying the required distance from people actually voting), caucuses, rallies and other locations.

Super Tuesday refers to the polling day when the most states hold primary elections to choose presidential candidates.
