Dead Constitution See other Dead Constitution Articles Title: The Republic was around since 1600's. For those who wish to learn about freedom, there are sources to do so. Here is the best that I know; His Holy Church. However, if you are into the paganism rampant within the United States, this could be a radical experience, so be careful! By the way, you will see lots of resources listed below. Try a couple. You may be surprised. The United States is clearly an indirect democracy with constitutional restriction just by reading the constitution. The Republic was around since 1600's. Republics were, and really remain so, governments where the leaders were "titular". The congress and senate and president are not titular. Republic comes from that Latin idiom Libera Res Publica meaning free from things public. No citizens of the United State are free from things public. You may want to examine the evolution of US citizenship in Citizen vs. Citizen www.hisholyc http://hurch.net/ study/gods/ cvc.htm The powers of the present government has been expanded by the relationship of the people with government. The constitution allows us to contract. What should have been for your welfare has become a snare. Abraham , Moses, Samuel, David, Solomon and Paul all explained and warned about this. An age old process for bringing the people into bondage. Probably you might want to start with Romans 13. You know the one Churches say means that you should obey government. You know the one that says "Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God." Romans 13 1 Just to give you an idea how people are fooled... the word power there is actually the strongest word in the Greek language for the absolute right to choose. It is even translated liberty or right in other verses of the bible. So what Paul is actually saying is: "Let every soul be subject unto the higher liberty. For there is no liberty but of God: the liberties that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth (opposes) the liberty, resisteth (opposes) the ordinance of God: and they that resist (sets one's self against) shall receive to themselves damnation. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the liberty? Do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same." Romans 13: 1,3 ROMANS 13 verse 1 www.hisholyc http://hurch.net/ sermon/Romans13. html You have been lied to. They have spent many years lying to you and constructing that lie. It is important to them to keep pieces of the truth from you. It helps if they get you to be proud of what you know so that you cannot learn more. The problem with understanding the problem and the solution is that people get a little knowledge and think they have figured it out. Huge sections of history are removed from your school books and from the thinking of the people. A little knowledge goes a long way to enslaving the people. Like the web site you suggested I look at about Jesus, claims are made that only fool those who have not actually looked at the evidence. There are numerous books that have been sold proclaiming these false conclusions based on have truths. The problem is that the whole truth of who Jesus is, was and what he was doing has been suppressed by the orthodox Church for over a thousand years. They burned millions of books and manuscripts about what Jesus was organizing and what his followers were doing. But books have value and they did not burn them all. Much of the evidence is still available but they keep it under lock and key. Fortunately I have had friends who had the keys. But even if you don't get access to those libraries their is a rich history found it what is called fragments. Partial books and manuscripts by the millions, including manuscripts of court cases of early Christians. The most common charge against Christians was willful failure to file and refusing to get birthcertificates. After 168 AD it was mandatory to register your children with the treasury department within 30 days. Christians would not do that. They knew it made them a surety for debt. Yes it made benefits available to them but that to take those benefits would be a snare into civil bondage. So did Moses and Abraham. They were all doing the same thing. They were not killing sheep and burning them up on piles of rocks. There was never any command written in the bible to do such nonsense. That is all just a smoke screen to keep the people lost and bond. Covenants, Constitutions, and Contracts www.hisholyc http://hurch.org/ study/covenants/ ccc.html the above is a series I redid on the org site. It has audios with it which can be found on both sites. www.hisholyc http://hurch.net/ audio/index. html You do not want to be a US citizen. To be a citizen of Heaven would not be so bad if you knew what heaven was. The word they translate into heaven in the New Testament is almost always translated "world" in Plato's Dialogues. So when Matthew talks about the Kingdom of Heaven he is actually saying the kingdom of the world. The added fact is that Jesus would only be a titular ruler. He would not exercise authority over the people that accepted him as king. He was so adamant about that he said to his apostles, which is the Greek word for ambassadors. .."And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors. But ye shall not be so:" He was talking about government but your local Church would not want you to know that... In fact if you need help they send you to benefactors who exercise authority... Again what should be for your welfare is really your snare. If you have a right to entitlements then your benefactor has an entitlement to you... And when Jesus said to the trial judge "My kingdom is not of this world " He used one of 5 words in the New testament that is translated into the single English word world. The Greek word their was constitutional order or system of government.. . He was claiming lack of jurisdiction in court... Case dismissed. www.hisholyc http://hurch.net/ sermon/world. Actually, it is in Section 10 of Article 1, and it says; or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts ... This referring to the states. And Brother Gregory is basically correct, understanding the real nature of the Constitution, in that the Constitution allows contracts with the intent of contracting everyone into that jurisdiction, which becomes quite clear when you read the 14th Amendment; and subject to the jurisdiction thereof...... As to this; A contract is nothing but a promise While you are correct, in this context, i.e., the government, it is also an enforceable contract, and the force comes out of the end of a gun. Which is how you tell what is a direct tax; it is collected by force, which, once again, comes out of the end of a gun.

(grin) I bet I could make you go around and around a couple of more times! Wanna bet? I agree with your original statement, that it was silly to state it that way, but I could not resist......... COULDN'T!! I suppose that Gregory was writing fast and sped over that part. He seldom makes errors of any kind. I have been communicating with him for some time, years worth, and have not corrected him more than once or twice.... and you know me! Shy I am not!
