I hope she and her husband sue the Stark county sherrif big time. A cracked tooth and a swollen disc. And it's against the law to use men.

The crowning insult is that she was the victim of a minor assault, for whom someone called 9-11 for.

The real assault was when she arrived in jail.

They left her cold and naked, she wrapped herself in toilet paper.

She'll sue; but the TAXPAYERS will pick up the tab. That's BS...any settlement should come right out of the sheriff's pocket.

When the Bush Regime is gone, I imagine there will be many lawsuits, some that we will never hear about.
And again, it will be most unfair that it won't be Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld who pay.

I could be mistaken, but I believe that anyone can sue _the person_ under TITLE 42—THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE.

That is, don't sue the agency, sue the person.

Of course, renumeration will probably be less, but probably more fruitful.
