Id like to know where this was in CA. Youre allowed to film. It looks like that guy on the video was about to get violent, that would have been rich. I was at the registrar of voters for my entire county, i walked in with videocam rolling as well as took a roll of film and audio recording, they were sweet as pie. , after the initial desk clerk asked as if he was offended 'are you filming me?' i replied, absolutely. he told his boss i was with the media, i said, no, i am not media. they let me inside, escorted me around, i then told them i was a volunteer with ron paul campaign. the bigwigs gave me a tour of the entire place with cam rolling. i think the guy's mistake in the video was that he acted as if he was not sure of his position. they only asked that i not take pic of any ballot with a specific voters signature on it. i did get photos of the election workers sigs on the returned/ incoming ballot boxes.
