So the rumor is true.

I'll bet he endorses NO ONE.

Giuliani has the VP slot sewed up.

Talk about a dream ticket for the PNAC crowd. And a nightmare ticket for the few sane people left in the GOP.

Whoever Romney endorses or doesn't endorse, most of his supporters in the remaining states will probably back McCain.

The Mittster is a bit sloooooowwwwwwwww. I think it finally dawned on him that the (s)Election results are as crooked as a corkscrew and that he would not be allowed to win. Because he mouthed all the right global kill committee lines he was allowed to pretend he had a chance but now that Stupor Toozday has come and gone it is apparent even to him that he's not "a member of the Club" and is not going to be allowed to join.

Of course it is no real loss. I fear for Goldi-Pox though and I hope she doesn't do anything rash like slit her wrists or drink a quart of Vodka to wash down a bottle of Prozac. That would be just awful.

This may sound strange, but my dimming hopes are now in Obama.

The Democrats will have a brokered convention, and one way or another Hillary will be on the ticket (at least as VP, probably P).

As I said on another thread, I think that Obama is a Jimmy Carter rather than Clinton-style liberal, which means that on foreign policy he'll be a small improvement over the Clintons or the neocons. I'd consider voting for him, the lesser evil, to stop a McCain/Giuliani Presidency, provided that Hillary wasn't part of the ticket.

Paul could have his full attention if he promised to step down in four yrs or less, and

assured him the presidency.

Lets wait and see what Romney does. If he sits on the sidelines he will get nothing and millions of his money will have been wasted.

JUST PERHAPS something could be saved by backing Paul, that would indeed put the system into convulsions.

Well we aleady know mittens has no views of his own. He has a lot of his own cash in this

already, so why not? Paul's an old man, may not want to go a full term. Got to admit it

would be an interesting 3rd party bid.
