RICHMOND, Virginia (Reuters) - Presidential candidate John McCain said on Monday he has rejected public funding and its accompanying spending limits as he seeks to wrap up the Republican presidential nomination.

The Arizona senator asked for public funds last summer after his campaign nearly foundered, but said on Monday he does not need taxpayer money as he seeks to secure the party's nomination for the November election.

Hidden away in this new budget was another $30 billion for our valiant ally, Israel. They have fought alongside us in WW2, Vietnam and now in Iraq.

They have vowed to fight to the last drop of American goy blood.

It was $10 Billion last year. Looks like Isreal got a well deserved raise this go around. They certainly do need the extra money during our presidential elections. Good thing the American federal government has all our surplus cash.
