Police have released the name and a photo of the suspect in a Hamilton girl's rape. The nine-year-old was allegedly lured from her bicycle to a home on Sycamore Street in Hamilton Sunday evening and raped. Within the following 48 hours, the home where the alleged crime happened was vandalized and then set on fire, presumably by nearby residents seeking vigilante justice. The suspect, who many residents reported seeing the night of the alleged crime, was identified Thursday night as Alfredo Lopez Cruz. Cruz has many aliases, including Alfredo Lopez Cruiz, Mario Martinez, Richard Martinez, Richard Mario Martinez and Armando Fernandez. Police say six people have identified the man in the photo as the man they saw kidnap and rape a girl Sunday night in Hamilton. After the alleged rape, the girl ran home to her father who then went over the home, where the suspect remained. A short chase ensued, police say, but the suspect got away. He's described as: Anyone with information on the suspect's whereabouts are urged to contact the Hamilton Police Department at (513) 868-5811, extension 0 or your local law enforcement agency.

Do you recall the violent black felon that became the poster child in the campaign again Dukakis? This should be the poster child of the Bush immigration policy.
Vaguely .. Nothing in any of the reports on this guy about him being an illegal .. maybe I'll call the news station and ask that question..
I called the station and asked if the accused is an illegal and they said that they are only reporting what they've been told by the police. I said maybe this is an aspect you should look into and the answer? We cant make any of those accusations till it is confirmed by the police.
I think this story asserts that the residents of the rental house were illegals.
Channel 9 News isnt reporting him as an illegal.. now isnt that interesting?
For some odd reason, over at ElPee, badeye is trying to claim that there is some huge consiracy going on, and that the rapist is actually a white person. Apparently the big, bad whiteys are picking on the poor, downtrodden illegals. WTF? I have to give him credit though, he's consistant. NEVER ONCE has he been on the right side of any issue. He epitomizes un-American.
Hahahahahahah. Well it's funny. Badeye has his good days and bad days. If there's a conspiracy, it's not like him to be talking about one. If he's right, it would be the first time he talked about a conspiracy, and was right about it.
