Social Security By MTR News By Drew Piper, MTR News Did you know that you are not required to have a Social Security Number (SSN)? I know I know, you thought it was the law, but has anyone ever shown you that law? No, of course not. They cant, because there isnt one. Dont believe me? Go try to find it. Did you know that you never had or ever will have a SSN? Again, I know you have the little card to prove it, but is that your number or are you being tricked into believing you own that number. To own something means you can sell it. Can you sell your SSN? Not legally you cant because you dont own it. The Social Security Administration and the Government have ownership over the assigned number you received. The social security system is a fraud and one of the biggest in world history. Here is why: Pull out the Social Security card you were issued and look at the back. Now read the back of the card and see if you can see the following key statement. This card is the property of the Social Security Administration and must be returned upon request. They are just letting you know the name on the front isnt really you and that they own the card. But, its your name right? Wrong. The name on the card is in all capital letters. Since when do you spell your name in all capital letters? English grammar experts say there is no style, composition, or rule that explains the use of all CAPS in reference to proper names. Mary Newton Bruder, Ph.D. - who established the Grammar Hotline in the 80s was asked, why federal and state agencies, departments, judicial and administrative courts, insurance companies, etc., spell a persons proper name in all capital letters? For example, if my name is John Joseph Smith, is it proper at any time to write JOHN JOSEPH SMITH? Dr. Bruders reply, It must be some kind of internal style. There is no grammar rule about it. The style is internal a font used by the United States Printing Office, which can be found in your local Federal Building. There is a Style Manual that provides style and usage for all government publications, including court and legal writing. There are 2 versions of this manual and the copy you need is from 1984. In Chapter 3 section 3.2, the manual states: Proper names are capitalized and is followed by examples such as Rome, Brussels, John Macadam, Macadam family an so on. Names constructed outside of the bounds of English grammar and the prescriptions of law are corporate/corporately colored trade names. Legally speaking, there is a term that identifies such constructs/entities: "ens legis," defined as follows: "Ens Legis. L. Lat. A creature of the law; an artificial being, as contrasted with a natural person. Applied to corporations, considered as deriving their existence entirely from the law." "Blacks Law Dictionary, Fourth Edition, 1951, "Blacks 4th." So in short, if you use a SSN then YOU are a Corporate Entity. In the eyes of the government you are a piece of property, a product, a slave, and a taxable income. Now that you know this, look at everything you do in everyday life that involves an SSN. Your work, bank, credit card company, etc. all require this number so how is it possible to go through life without it? Its not easy. Here are just a few examples of how to get through basic needs without using it or having one. Most employers require a number per request of the Department of Justice (D.O.J.) and the I.R.S. This puts them (the employer) as withholding agents for the I.R.S. and the government thus the Privacy Act binds them. Sec. (7) (a) states: "It shall be unlawful for any Federal, State or local government agency to deny to any individual any Right, benefit, or privilege provided by law because of such individual's refusal to disclose his social security number." You can get a job without a SSN. Employers cannot deny employment legally if you refuse to disclose your SSN. Nor can the employer terminate employment for refusing to disclose this information. A common response to this by employers is that they need it for the IRS. This is a false statement and they are not required to obtain, they are only required to request the SSN. A Memorandum of Law is available here and has more information and legalities on handling this situation. You can get a bank account without a SSN. A non-interest bearing account there is no need for government intrusion. You are simply using the bank as a large piggy bank. You can download instructions and the necessary constructive notice here. So, why would employers and banks along with the many entities I didnt mention, require a SSN? The SSN is being used as a tracking number and you are the product they are tracking. Everywhere you go, your SSN is on file; banks, doctors offices, schools, and insurance providers to name a few. The SSN has strayed far from what it was originally meant to be. The SSN meant to be used as an account number for your social security benefits, and thats it. Never was it intended to track and identify you. Because most people go with what they are taught, few understand the SSNs purpose let alone the Big Brother device it has become. There are ways to fight back. You cannot be truly free until you break the chains that enslave you.
