So today, my boyfriend and I were curious as to just how the media calls winners for states when 1% of the vote has been tabulated. We found out that Edison Research Company, which is owned by Arbitron, compiles “data” that it has “researched” to get the projections. Well, the director of Arbitron is Shellye Archambeau, who was a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Therefore, we have a former CFR member running the companies that tells the media who tells us who has won the elections before the votes have even been counted. See about 2/3 down page here:
