....and that cop would not have committed such outrageous behavior had she not been conditioned within the Blue Brotherhood to regard all prisoners as utter garbage, devoid of any rights. All her fraternities of the Thin Blue Line regard themselves as "Us Cops" and regard us as "Them Citizens". We are hated. It's a Government thing....

Over a 100 year span only some four thousand blacks and 1300 whites where lynched. That equates to an average of 40 per year for blacks and 13 per year for whites. And prior to that, more whites than blacks were lynched. Factually speaking, lynching was applied sparingly and for heinous crimes. Today thousands suffer heinous crimes of murder, rape, disfigurement and other mayhem and the authorities do very little.
