To try to calm the chaos, some residents organized a "march for unity" for Friday evening. The march will go by the now-burned house where the girl was allegedly raped on Sunday. Following the rape report, the house was vandalized and then set on fire. On Thursday night, a hispanic man was stabbed on Central Avenue in Hamilton, but it's unclear if it was retaliation for the Sunday crime. The suspect in the rape is a hispanic man who's believed to be an illegal immigrant. Several aliases along with his were released by police Thursday in an effort to catch the man. Mexican officials say they will do whatever they can to bring the suspect to justice if they find him in Mexico. On Friday, Hamilton police walked the streets of the city handing out fliers containing the suspect's photo and aliases. Spanish and English versions were distributed. The victim's father says he was happy when he heard the community had planned Friday night's march, which is intended to unite the community. "At least they're doing something good with their time, instead of burning houses and beating people up," said the victim's dad, who 9News is not naming to protect the identity of the victim. The father allegedly chased the suspect out of the home after his daughter came running home to report the crime. "At the end of the day there's a child that's been violated, we can't forget that," said one organizer for Friday night's march. Suspect Description The suspect, who many residents reported seeing the night of the alleged crime, was identified Thursday night as Alfredo Lopez Cruz. Cruz has many aliases, including Alfredo Lopez Cruiz, Mario Martinez, Richard Martinez, Richard Mario Martinez and Armando Fernandez. Police say six people have identified the man in the photo as the man they saw kidnap and rape a girl Sunday night in Hamilton. After the alleged rape, the girl ran home to her father who then went over the home, where the suspect remained. A short chase ensued, police say, but the suspect got away. He's described as: * Hispanic male * 5'4" to 5'6" * 130-140 lbs. * Black hair, brown eyes * Possible mo-hawk * Possible goatee without mustache Anyone with information on the suspect's whereabouts are urged to contact the Hamilton Police Department at (513) 868-5811, extension 0 or your local law enforcement agency. Poster Comment: I see Channel 9 is now saying: "The suspect in the rape is a hispanic man who's believed to be an illegal immigrant."
