The purpose of the bill is to limit the number of total handguns in circulation and in my opinion, after listening to all the testimony, was that this did not significantly interfere with gun owners rights to purchase handguns."

Where do you find the authority to do such? On what basis do you think you have the authority to gut a component portion of the Bill of Rights? Is your knowledge of/disrespect for the the U.S. and NJ Constitutions so poor that you so readily oommit such legislative larceny?

Your job is to protect and extend freedom, not limit it! There is no scholarly evidence to support a claim that restricting, to one item per month, legal purchases of firearms has, on crime, any lessening of the amount of crime committed with a firearm.

On what alleged facts did you base this foolish action of yours? Where do you find the evidence to support such an act of legislative impropriety? In other words, do you have any idea as to the historical effect of actions such as yours? Have you ever bothered to study the issue of a priori restraint of the actionability of a Constitutionally guaranteed Natural Right, and the repugnance to the Constitution of that a priori restraint?

It would seem that the answer to the above questions is that you have not studied the issue, know not the repugnance of a priori restraint, and have so swallowed the lying propaganda of the Loony Left that you are unable to, on questions of the sanctity of the Bill of Rights, make an intelligent, reasoned decision as to what is within your job description, and what is not.

It is very troubling to me that elitist, statist, Loony Left propaganda driven, Constitutional ignoramuses such as you hold elective office in this, or any other, state.

You, Sir, are a poltroon, and you, Sir, should be ashamed of your wicked Rights stealing legislative actions. Your attempts to subvert the provisions of the U.S. and the NJ Constitutions are a public disgrace.
