Yes, the situation is dire. But not because the aliens - it's because scam like you (the police). 80% of alien crime is connected to drugs. ILLEGAL VIOLENT CRIMINALS and then claim it's because of the police? then to personally attack, with outrageous erroneous accusations another poster, for his expression of righteous anger and desire for justice for these 48,000 innocent victims???
why don't you try putting the face of one your children up there and see if that doesn't open your eyes?
We don't need a wall to deal with illegals, and we don't need violence or more draconian laws either. What we DO need are serious laws with serious penalties that go after the EMPLOYERS of illegals, and we need to provide adequate funding to agencies that would enforce those laws. Once the first couple of hundred employers of illegals are busted HARD and hit with MAJOR penalties and even jail time, the rest of the employers of illegals will finally get the message and fire their illegal workers. And if you REALLY want to make some major headway then offer rewards to citizens who turn in those who employ illegals, the same way that we reward those who turn in those who avoid income taxes.
With no way to make a living, the vast majority of illegals will get the idea and self deport. The rest can be deported over time as they run afoul of the law and end up getting arrested for various crimes.

Mexican aliens are here because American politicians allowed them to come and stay illegally. And there's no signs that will change. In that aspect, innocent victims are victims of official American politics.
We know that 80% of violent crimes are connected to drugs. We also know that CIA is the worlds biggest drug cartel, with police on all levels being their runners. In that aspect, innocent victims are victims of the police.
It shouldn't be that way. If politicians decide that illegal aliens are to be deported, and if police enforce that decision, then in a 3 short weeks there will be no illegal immigrants in America. Simply as that. But will not happen that way and many more innocent American will became victims.
