Barack Obama has been campaigning for Jewish support and has taken a hard line on Iran, stating that a military option to curtail Tehran's nuclear ambitions is not out of the question. The Illinois senator made his first major Middle East policy statement to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). Choosing his words carefully, he stated, "While we should take no option, including military action, off the table, sustained and aggressive diplomacy combined with tough sanctions should be our primary means to prevent Iran from building nuclear weapons." He also cast doubts on the proposed Palestinian Authority unity government. "The reports of this agreement suggest that Hamas, Fatah and independent ministers would sit in a government together, under a Hamas prime minister, without any recognition of Israel, without a renunciation of violence and with only an ambiguous promise to 'respect' previous agreements. I know Harlem. Money flows TO Harlem, not FROM Harlem. I'm thinking that picture I've attached to the Obama article is fairly indicative of his support.
Jethro, you will have to draw a diagram of that for the people that have never lived in New York and have lived a sheltered life.

I am about to finish Walt's book "The Israel Lobby and US Foreign Policy". Everyone here should read it. It shows how the system works and how the Lobby has congress and the executive branch in an absolute choke hold. It is a nasty situation we are in. If the politicians do not do exactly what the right wing Likud party wants them to do they either do not get elected or get defeated the next election cycle. The book exposes in clear detail how it is accomplished and who is doing it. Pollard needs some company in his cell.

Do Americans need to be hit with a club before they understand something is amiss with this government???? At least Congress could have the decency to change their name to the "Knesset".
OK, here's the basic Obama/Hillary political diagram. The stuff in the upper right represents the true Power; it remains above the fray and out of sight. The Power, unbeknown to the sheeple, sends the necessary funding to the front men/women (lower left), who masquerade as politicians. The fun part of the scam is who they will eventually push over the electoral finish line. It doesn't matter whichever front man/woman is eventually selected; H/she will be owned by the Power in the upper right and the sheeple, despite their electronic vote, will have had no say in the matter. Case closed.
No wonder he was sidelined by the main stream media.
