During rally, Al Sharpton says he's keeping support for Obama quiet

The Rev. Al Sharpton is backing Barack Obama, but he's made the strategic decision to keep his support quiet.

That's the message Sharpton delivered to his flock last Saturday as he boasted of talking to Obama "two or three times a week" - and insisted the Democratic front-runner knows the rev is in his camp.

I wouldn't worry much about what Sharpton does or does not do or whom he supports for anything.

Having seen him operate for years, I have to admit he's an excellent shakedown artist. For Obama to accept any calls from him, never mind 2-3 a week, presents a lapse in judgement.

I hope little Obama has the good sense to keep Honest Al away from the incoming millions that the poor blacks are sending every day.

Like I said, it does not matter. I bet that Sharpton won't be able to persuade Obama to evict the Korean green grocers from the black hoods when he becomes the president.

He's a small man, his agenda can't be THAT large. Don't forget, Obama is not exactly dumb and he DID work as a politician in Chicago of all places.
