I've been reading the reviews this morning and there seems to be a universal agreement that Bush's speech last night sucked mongo donkey weenie. Badeye, in his own special way, seems to agree, i.e., he says that snap polls arn't to be trusted, but that some magical event will make things better next week. Or better still, maybe people will forget about the speech by next Tuesday.

I'm glad to see we're all on the same page here. Soon we'll all be holding hands and singing.

Hilarious!

Two L.A. radio hosts (John & Ken) after the speech were arguing about why the terrorists were only attacking in Iraq. That is, why don't they attack us at home "again"?
Smirk's illogic about killing 'em thar, rather than here, omits any explanation as to why they are not attacking us here now. Open borders here and everything, yet, all the terrorists are in Iraq. Amazing.
So the radio host who is the Bushbot says, "Well, that's because they aren't those kind of terrorists, they just want to fight as insurgents".
Which reminds me, the Pentagon released stats months ago, that at least 95% of the insurgents are Iraqis, yet Smirk continues the lie that there are all these foreigners fighting in Iraq. Pouring over the border from Syria. Well then why aren't they pouring over our Mexican border?
