ATLAH WORLD MINISTRIES

Poster Comment:

Pastor Manning said that Obama's "African-in-heat father went chasing after a trashy white woman and Obama was born in trash".

He also scolds blacks for embracing affirmative action because it's a law that says "blacks aren't as qualified as whites and they don't have to meet the same standards".

Obama's white cheerleaders will find themselves in a real dilemma. If they attack Obama's black critics then Obama will look like a house negro who plays on whites' sensibilities.

If they agree with Pastor Manning then how can they justify their support for the candidate?

A tell-it-like-it-is pastor from Harlem won't be so easily silenced with accusations of "trailer park heritage" or "Klan affiliations".

This could be highly entertaining if we can get them to "rise to the lure"!

More divide and conquer ... spun incessantly by talk pundits in order to obscure the real travesties transpiring daily intended to cause civil strife, poverty and ultimately the collapse of society.

Gossip will be the undoing of America as the people focus upon crap rather than substance.

And the men who loan money to governments, so called, for the purpose of enabling the latter to rob, enslave, and murder their people, are among the greatest villains that the world has ever seen. Pastor Manning is obviously a white Republican plant, disguised as a black pastor and programmed with a Limbaugh-Hannity micro chip. Don't expect any Obamaphiles to comment on this.

She was a trashy white woman, but his father was a worthless drunken lecher who deserted his family and kids.

I think I've already seen this one. Is this where there is an "All Jesus, All The Time" sign on the wall behind him?

And yet when I watched this a few weeks ago, I didn't hear one word about Jesus during the pastor's diatribe.

There are too many "angry preachers" out there, black and white. That's another reason I don't think most of these "churches" are legitimate.

He was doing good until he started bragging about all that Bill Clinton had done for that community, as if Clinton had taken all that quarter of a billion out of his own pocket instead of telling the truth, that it was all stolen goods.

People like Louis Armstrong have had genuinely scary and bad beginnings, and in his case he went from poverty in New Orleans to being one of the best and most influential Jazz musicians of the 20th Century.

Whatever is the case about anything about Obama's parents or any other person from his youth, I judge him now on his merits, not on those of his parents or his full range of friends and past associates.

It didn't take much digging to find out that Dubya's grandfather financed Nazi Germany until literally threatened with indictment over it. His father may well have been at least indirectly involved in the assassination of a U.S. president as well.

In any sane country, immediate descendants of such figures would be prohibited from holding public office.

Have you watched Obama's recent speech on race that addresses the Rev Jeremiah Wright's "distorted" statements? As a pastor of the Trinity church for 30 years, a church that has done a great deal of good works in the community, these statements are what he will be remembered for.

'Individuals should not take responsibility for their own defense. That’s what the police are for. ... If I oppose individuals defending themselves, I have to support police defending them. I have to support a police state.”' Alan Dershowitz

He cleverly never addressed which of Wright's statements he considers distorted, and the compliant MSM never asked him. His prepackaging continues......albeit seriously damaged.

I find it ironic that this pastor takes on Obama's "trashy mother" and then praises Bill Clinton. The Big Dog isn't exactly a descendant of saints.

I have a problem with attacking someone for something that is beyond their control.

The founders were specific about ending the king's onerous policy of corruption of the blood to punish offenses, and Harlem blacks would likely be gone now if that was the policy of the US.

Perhaps Pastor Manning has taken the position that if Obama is pleasing white folks then he ain't doing it right.

At the same time other blacks continue to attack Clinton (whose office is there) and others for the "gentrification" of Harlem which they view as a threat.

As long as blacks are all over the spectrum and attacking each other they can be safely ignored as a political force with which to be reckoned.

He cleverly never addressed which of Wright's statements he considers distorted, and the compliant MSM never asked him. His prepackaging continues......albeit seriously damaged.

Obama made it clear which statements he was referring to, although he did not repeat the sentences, if that's what you mean. From Obama's speech on race:

I have already condemned, in unequivocal terms, the statements of Reverend Wright that have caused such controversy. For some, nagging questions remain. Did I know him to be an occasionally fierce critic of American domestic and foreign policy? Of course. Did I ever hear him make remarks that could be considered controversial while I sat in church? Yes. Did I strongly disagree with many of his political views? Absolutely – just as I’m sure many of you have heard remarks from your pastors, priests, or rabbis with which you strongly disagreed.

But the remarks that have caused this recent firestorm weren’t simply controversial. They weren’t simply a religious leader’s effort to speak out against perceived injustice. Instead, they expressed a profoundly distorted view of this country – a view that sees white racism as endemic, and that elevates what is wrong with America above all that we know is right with America; a view that sees the conflicts in the Middle East as rooted primarily in the actions of stalwart allies like Israel, instead of emanating from the perverse and hateful ideologies of radical Islam.

As such, Reverend Wright’s comments were not only wrong but divisive, divisive at a time when we need unity; racially charged at a time when we need to come together to solve a set of monumental problems – two wars, a terrorist threat, a falling economy, a chronic health care crisis and potentially devastating climate change; problems that are neither black or white or Latino or Asian, but rather problems that confront us all.

'Individuals should not take responsibility for their own defense. That’s what the police are for. ... If I oppose individuals defending themselves, I have to support police defending them. I have to support a police state.”' Alan Dershowitz

Yeah, but Louis Armstrong isn't typical of any race or gender. He was nothing less than a musical genius. Genius will always rise to the top.

If you don't already have it,do yourself a favor and buy his CD "Louis Armstrong Plays the Music of W.C.Handy". It's something special. Even by his standards.
