(03-20) 13:58 PDT WASHINGTON (AP) -- A federal judge says the National Park Service mishandled President Bush's 2005 inaugural parade by excluding an anti-war group from major portions of the route. U.S. District Judge Paul Friedman says in his ruling Thursday that the ANSWER Coalition's First Amendment rights were violated and that the inauguration "is not a private event." Vast portions of Pennsylvania Avenue had been reserved for ticketed guests approved by the Presidential Inaugural Committee. The judge writes that the Park Service, working on the committee's behalf, cannot reserve all of Pennsylvania Avenue for itself when issuing permits. Park Service officials have argued that they fulfilled their obligation to allow the public access to areas along the parade route.

Hey, it's just a "Goddamned piece of paper", right? And when radical leftists take power in this country, and go to confiscate the majority of private wealth on behalf of "the people", and the wealthy elites cry and scream and go "But that's not fair! That's not Constitutional!" just imagine what the radical leftists are going to have to say in response? Any guesses as to what their response will be? Anyone care to guess "Who cares? It's JUST A GODDAMNED PIECE OF PAPER!"

True but they also do not TRUST Americans. Hatred for government has grown by leaps and bounds since Bush took office.

Be amazed they got a ruling in only three years! For the judicial branch of the government, that's moving at warp speed with afterburners on full! For most cases, figure a minimum of five years, and that can easily go to ten years or longer and often does.
Three years after the fact, a judge admits that something was done wrong. It's already happened, so the mission was accomplished.
