Iraqi Vice-President Tariq al-Hashemi rejected any agreement with America which may create some limitations for the country in near future, al-Jazeera TV Network reported Friday.

Al-Hashemi criticized the American-led invasion of Iraq and termed it as a strategic mistake.

He added that the Iraqi nation is paying for damages which have been created by America.
